Aaron Rodgers: Green Bay Packers QB Right to Rip Mark Sanchez and His GQ Photos
Aaron Rodgers is a simple man, which is why he takes issue with Mark Sanchez's GQ photo shoot.
As the defending Super Bowl MVP, Rodgers now has the right to say what he wants about whoever he wants to. Granted, if it's offensive then of course he will take flak for it, but what he said about Sanchez is just dead on.
In an interview with ESPN Milwaukee, the Green Bay Packers quarterback spoke the truth when he was shown the GQ layout featuring the New York Jets quarterback.

"Look at this, Rodgers said. That’s embarrassing. Page 94 of the GQ thing here. That’s terrible.
It’s just not really my style, Rodgers said. I like my anonymity, I like my privacy. I like being able to be the quarterback during the week and, in the offseason, just be able to do what I want to do and not have to be in the public eye.

Page 94 features this picture.
Sanchez looks like he is wearing women's clothes and is pouting his lips. It's just awful.
When the photos of Sanchez were released, we knew it wouldn't be long before the Jets quarterback took heat for some of these ridiculous poses.
Nobody expected that one of the league's rising stars would rip him like this.
Now, Rodgers has been known to look a little rough himself at times. Remember the long hair? Or the funny looking beard and mustache?
Facial hair is one thing, but being featured in a magazine looking like that? Rodgers has won a Super Bowl now, so he's allowed to be goofy or do what he wants. Sanchez on the other hand should be all about football.
It's really Sanchez's fault here because he put himself in this situation. He agreed to the photo shoot and opened himself up to a lot of criticism.
Living a simple life and out of the public eye has been good for Rodgers. Having played college ball in Los Angeles and starting as a rookie in the Big Apple, Sanchez is just a different guy, and there's nothing wrong with that.
However, Rodgers is sort of underlying here that perhaps Sanchez should have all his focus on football and his team, especially when his coach is guaranteeing a Super Bowl.
There's no question that Rodgers is a better quarterback, and even though Sanchez shouldn't say anything because he was the one that posed in such awkward looking photos, I wouldn't be surprised if Sanchez retaliates.
