The Terrelle Pryor saga finally came to a close when he was drafted in the third round of the NFL Supplemental Draft.
However, the controversy and intrigue will likely continue to grow, as you don't generally add the Oakland Raiders into the mix and simplify things.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It's not very often that No. 1 recruits out of high school find their way to the NFL through the Supplemental Draft, never mind in the fashion that Pryor did.
Making it to the NFL was supposed to put the controversy at Ohio State behind, him but the Roger Goodell imposed five game suspension means that it will linger into the start of this season. Rule breaking has never been a problem for the Raiders as an organization.
There were points when the franchise actually encouraged the idea of getting ahead any way possible.
The question marks over Pryor's character and the concerns over his leadership are things that probably put off most teams. Pryor will likely be embraced in Oakland irrelevant of his attitude.
The question marks don't disappear after his character, however, as it is difficult to even determine what position Pryor will play in the NFL. He really doesn't look like an NFL quarterback because of his questionable accuracy and his college performances.
Pryor's athletic ability could see him eventually spend time as a tight end or a wide receiver. However, the fact that the Raiders gave up a third round pick and head coach Hue Jackson has the ability to improve him as a signal caller means that the team are likely looking at him to become the future of their franchise.
With his five game suspension, they certainly didn't draft him to replace Jason Campbell this season.
Pryor will be a developmental piece for the Raiders to work on. The intrigue there is endless considering this is a franchise that is only a few seasons removed from Jamarcus Russell's implosion. Russell is similar to Pryor in that he had talent, but not the right work rate and attitude to play the position professionally.
The idea of the Raiders repeating their mistakes or erasing the memory of the former LSU product will be worth watching over the coming years.
