WWE Raw Mystery: Top 5 Suspects Who Sent Kevin Nash the Text

Justin WatryJun 7, 2018

Yes, we are in full "soap opera" mode, and I love it. This is what makes WWE "must see" and why each and every segment could be major to whatever the big reveal will end up as.

It is exactly what makes you keep tuning in week in and week out. Of course, I am referring to the big screw job of CM Punk at Summerslam.

Who told Big Kev (Kevin Nash) to "stick the winner"? Remember, it did not say "stick CM Punk" or "stick Cena"—just "stick the winner."

Well, here are the 5 main suspects behind the attack...

5. Stephanie McMahon

1 of 5

Yeah, the same person who "just so happened" to show up at Summerslam on Sunday. Seems a little fishy to me...tons of motives are here.

Jealous Triple H got the company? Happy for him? Is she fighting for Vince? Maybe she hired Nash on her own and used Triple H's phone?

She likely could have texted Kevin during the main event, by sneaking into Triple H's bag and using his phone, right? Not very hard to do.

4. Johnny Ace

Why is this clown on TV again? Oh yeah, so he can mention how he "hires and fires WWE talent" over and over. Guess what, folks? Nash is a free agent, perhaps John wanted to hire him and handle some business.

Some business like taking out Cena and/or Punk—two guys he has had problems with in the past—and getting the title on Del Rio for good. There has to be some reason this guy is on TV every week now...

3. Vince McMahon

This would probably be my second choice in all of this. I highly doubt he is just going to "go away" and let Triple H have his company. Not too sure about that one...

Vince will be back someday, and we all know that. Nash is a close friend to Vince, so it would make some sense that Vince would want the the title off of Cena/Punk.

Let's not forget Vince before and during Money in the Bank. He was out of his mind over how important the WWE title is to the company. A return by Vince is coming, but maybe not this soon...

2. Fantasy Booking Options

4 of 5

This one is for all the "fantasy booking" fans out there. Tons of long shots here who would tell Nash what to do and likely pay up some big money.

Foley? No idea why, but he is coming back to WWE any week now, so they could tie that into his return.

Jericho? He and Punk are likely to feud when he comes back, so why not get the title off of him and hire Nash? Again, total long shot, but some are probably thinking about it.

Batista? Again, not even a fraction of this happening, but with the way some people write columns these days, you know his name will pop up.

Miz? He has been laying in the weeds lately. We know he does not like Triple H in charge, and with Nash standing next to him, who is going to mess with him?

All in all, these options are not even worth their own slide, and this is just one of the many reasons I tend to shy away from this kind of thing. Let's just get to the prime suspect...

1. Triple H

5 of 5

It is his company now, right? He can do what he pleases, right? Well, HBK could return at anytime (non-wrestling role—be real), and Nash is already in the fold. Is Waltman still around? Hall still alive?

Why not just throw Stephanie into the mix, while we are at it? A big McMahon clique running the company and driving everyone crazy.

Seems likely to me. Triple H will deny, deny, deny...until the heel turn. Then he can come clean and he and Nash run wild on WWE. Triple H is the main suspect in all of this, and I like how Jerry Lawler is hinting at it, but not just saying it.

Most suspect Del Rio in all of this, but I do not think he is the one behind it all. I think he will eventually be with Nash (bodyguard type, like Brodus Clay), but as to who is the mastermind, it all leads to Triple H.
