Alex Rodriguez: 4 Songs MLB Teams Should Play When He Steps to the Plate
Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees will apparently not be disciplined for any involvement in illegal poker games. This doesn't mean that he cannot suffer a little punishment from the court of public humility.
Earlier this season after Jorge Posada was whining and crying about Joe Girardi putting him to bat ninth in the lineup the audio technicians for the Tampa Bay Rays served up some musical humor. They played "Put me in coach, I'm ready to play" from John Fogerty when Posada came to the plate.
It would be a good opportunity for some home-field advantage for opposing teams to take some shots at A-Rod.
Here are 4 songs teams should play when A-Rod approaches the plate.

"Luck Be a Lady" by Frank Sinatra
1 of 4Normally Frank Sinatra would be played as a celebration for the New York Yankees. This time, he could be played to poke a little fun at Alex Rodriguez.
As an added bonus to those that aren't fans of the Yankees is the mention of A-Rod as a lady.
"Viva Las Vegas" by Elvis Presley
2 of 4Nothing says gambling like Las Vegas. Perhaps the chorus can even get the entire crowd involved to assist in the taunt.
"The Gambler" by Kenny Rogers
3 of 4Alex Rodriguez apparently knew when to walk away and when to run since he isn't receiving any discipline for any involvement. However, he will need to keep this song in the back of his mind if he ever thinks about getting into any high stakes poker games in the future.
"Poker Face" by Lady Gaga
4 of 4There is nothing like a double insult by using a song called, "Poker Face" and playing Lady Gaga as he walks to the plate. The unfortunate downside would be if the song actually jinxed his play, leading to fans at every ballpark destined to hear repeats of Gaga as Alex Rodriguez approached the plate.
