WWE Breaking News: Melina Perez, Gail Kim and Two Others Released

Is it Black Friday today?

I have just learned that WWE has future endeavored Divas Melina and Gail Kim. Not only that, Vladimir Kozlov and Chris Masters are also on the list.

My first reaction? WHAT?!

I loved Melina and Gail Kim!

Not very surprising as both Divas were on the back-burner for quite some time now. I believed Kim to be quite sarcastic with her recent tweet:

"Nooooo I'm not doing my best to get fired. Wrestling websites who like to make up news with their wild imagination...haha don't believe it."

Girl...that screams please fire me. She eliminated herself last Monday during the Divas Battle Royal. If she left TNA on good terms then I'd bet she gets back there and starts getting the respect she deserves.

Too bad, WWE won't have the great Gail Kim vs. Kharma feud I would have liked to see.

As for Melina, her attitude did her in. I love her to death and am quite sad for her but let's face it, she may play the paparazzi princess all she wants while in character, but in life, unless you're Madonna, you better come back down to Earth because you are easily expendable.

Too bad, her real-life partner John Morrison has just returned and may just about start his road to the top. Well, I guess this way, she can't hold him back anymore (if that's what she was doing).

I am so going to miss her. TNA just got two Divas richer. Angelina Love step aside! Melina is coming and SHE is beautiful.

Chris Masters and Vladimir Kozlov are the other two I spoke of. It doesn't surprise me here either. Masters was a frequent jobber on WWE Superstars and Kozlov had a nice title run alongside Santino Marella recently. Other than that, I didn't see much use for them to be around anymore.

It is unfortunate but it is a cutthroat business and there are other talents more marketable. What else can I say other than good luck to you both gentlemen.

Now, what remains to be seen is, are there going to be more cuts? Sin Cara got a lucky break it seems as his suspension may end earlier than expected. I got word via LordsofPain.net he is to return as early as next week.

There is a silver lining after all. Triple H manages to perform miracles!

***I just heard NOW David Hart Smith was released. 

The Hart Dynasty was one of the only tag teams they had left in a sort of way, and Natalya just turned "heel," so I believe it would have been better to keep him around. Perhaps Bret Hart can work some magic too real soon.

It is Black Friday indeed.

Maybe Primo and Tyler Reks are next...I'll keep my eyes and ears open.
