7 of 51
Queens Park Rangers have expressed interest in Chelsea youngster Ryan Bertrand as the England international is in need of playing time to develop into his full potential.

8 of 51

Naughton is a bright prospect for Tottenham and he could be the future partner of Steven Caulker previously mentioned if he remains at Spurs.
43. Dani Pacheco
9 of 51
Liverpool's flashy Spanish U21 Dani Pacheco could be subject of another loan switch before the summer is over. His time at Norwich at the end of last season helped them to achieve promotion, and he would be welcomed back their I am sure.
He was quoted as being willing to go back to Norwich if another loan was in the cards so it remains to be seen what could happen.

10 of 51

40. Ben Foster
12 of 51
Ale McLeash could be set to make Ben Foster his first purchase at his club Aston Villa. The departure of long time keeper Brad Freidel to Tottenham earlier this summer has left the Villans without a primary keeper and Foster could be in the cards to make the switch across town.
39. Adel Taarabt
13 of 51
QPR's Adel Taarabt has been receiving interest from several different clubs. After been a main reason why his current club won the NPower Championship last season he is becoming a hotter commodity. Arsenal and Lazio have both expressed interest, but it could be until January that he is allowed to leave.
38. Scott Parker
14 of 51
At 30 years old Scott Parker is inching towards the later stages of his career, however, a great season at West Ham despite their relegation, and the already completed switch of Kevin Nolan to the London club could leave the door open to his exit.
It is reported that he is flirting with a move to Spurs as they look to increase the potency of their already well developed midfield.
37. Zoltan Gera
15 of 51
Hungarian International and Fulham midfielder Zoltan Gera has been linked with a return to West Bromwich Albion and a reunion with former boss Roy Hogdson. The 32-year-old was purchase by Hogdson during his time at Fulham, and it would be a welcomed move for the Free transfer Gera.
36. Craig Gardner
16 of 51
Birmingham midfielder Craig Gardner is another player piped with a Sunderland move to take the place of Jordan Henderson. He is linked for a £5 million move to the Black Cats and would be another lower cost replacement for the empty hole in midfield.
35.Cameron Jerome
17 of 51
Another Birmingham City player that could be on the move is Cameron Jerome.
The forward is linked with several different clubs including a £5 million offer from Bolton Wanderers as they search for an additional front man to partner Kevin Davies after the departure of Johan Elmander to Turkey at the end of May.
34. John O'Shea, Wes Brown, and Darren Gibson
18 of 51
The Trio of Manchester United Players are all linked in a single deal that could see them move to Sunderland under former Manchester United great Steve Bruce.
The capture of the three would do wonders for the Black Cats and at only 12million for the three combined it would be of great value for them as well.
33. David Bentley
19 of 51
David Bentley was expected to be a great success when he moved to Tottenham Hotspur. However, he never really made it off the ground. A loan move to Birmingham during the previous season also showed minimal results.
He now appears to be linked with Premier League newcomers Norwich City, and a move to a team where he will be expected to be a star player might just bring him back out of his shell. He also spent time on loan there in 2004.
32. Maxi Rodriguez
20 of 51
Maxi finished the season strong for the Reds and single-handedly almost secured fifth place for the Reds who fell just shy of clipping Tottenham to the last European place.
The 30-year-old is now reportedly in talks with Argentinian side Newell's Old Boys and he is keen to return to Argentina before the end of his career. However, with the way he finished the season it might be astute of Liverpool to hold onto him until at least January.
31. Joey Barton
21 of 51
Newcastle's Joey Barton experienced a trouble free resurgent season in the Toon Army's first season back in the top flight.
However, recent developments such as the sale of Andy Carroll in January and the just days old sale of Captain Kevin Nolan has left Barton debating on an exit from the club.
In what many may believe is a crazy idea, it is rumored that Arsenal of all teams could be interested in Barton as the feisty midfielder could be a great infusion of attitude and steel in the central area for the Gunners.
30. Roque Santa Cruz
22 of 51
Manchester City forward Roque Santa Cruz could be set to make his partial season loan back to former club Blackburn Rovers Permanent. He made his name in Germany with Bayern Munich before making the switch across the channel to Rovers in 2007.
After 70 appearances and 29 goals he was sold to City where he has failed to impressed. It could be beneficial for both City and Rovers if a deal could be agreed for the forward.
29. Shay Given
23 of 51
Republic of Ireland legend and former Newcastle Great, Shay Given, spent last season largely in the shadow of Joe Hart as the youngster has made the Manchester City goal is own. At 35 years old Given still has potentially some life left as a top class keeper if in the right situation.
Liverpool were linked with him for a short time before they failed in a bid for Brad Freidel. It now appears he could be in line for a move to West Bromwich Albion.
28. Neil Taylor
24 of 51
Swansea City defender Neil Taylor looks ready to make a move north to St. James park amidst continued news of Danny Simpson and Jose Enrique both believed to be on the way out of the club.
Taylor is subject to a £1million offer by Newcastle United and would be another low cost signing amidst massive sales by the team clearing out cap and budget room as their dismantling of the team that got them back to the EPL continues.
27. Giovani Dos Santos
25 of 51
Mexican international and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Dos Santos looks set for a possible move to newly promoted Queens Park Rangers.
First-team action has been sparse under Harry Redknapp and previous spurs bosses as he has been loaned out for three straight seasons. The player is seeking for more regular action as he seeks to elevate his game now that he has reached 22 years of age.
26. Asamoah Gyan
26 of 51
Sunderland has offered up forward Asamoah Gyan as open to bids as he looks to continue the rebuilding of his front line after the sale of Darren Bent in January. Gyan was key to Ghana's run in the 2010 World Cup.
Recent reports have linked Steve Bruce with a bid that would see Peter Crouch join from Tottenham and see Gyan possibly go the other way or a different direction all together.
Gyan also has interest from Stoke City as Tony Pulis looks to keep his Potters pushing up the table to become a mainstay in the top half.
25. Jose Enrique
27 of 51
Newcastle United's Spanish defender Jose Enrique has been suspected of a transfer to Liverpool for months. Recently he has also been linked with Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and also with Arsenal as a replacement for the suspected exit of Gael Clichy.
24. Gael Clichy
28 of 51
25-year old French International and Arsenal defender and apparent karate expert Gael Clichy has refused to extend his time at the Emirates and has been the topic of much transfer speculation since.
He is most strongly linked with moves to Liverpool, and now AS Roma as it appears he will more than likely be out of Arsenal by the end of summer.
23. Charles N'Zogbia
29 of 51
Wigan Athletic attacker and wing back Charles N'Zogbia has been rumored to be on the way out since January. Reports Sunday afternoon on Bleacher Report claim that he has agreed terms with Liverpool.
However, Liverpoolfc.tv is still yet to announce anything official.
22. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
30 of 51
Seventeen-year-old Southampton starlet Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been hot in transfer speculation for Arsenal and Liverpool since January.
The Reds look set to pounce and outdo the Gunners at the last minute, and it has not been announced which team truly is in the top of the running for the youngster tipped to be the next best winger in England.
21. Connor Wickham
31 of 51
Just as the previous England U18 starlet Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is in the midst of a transfer struggle between Arsenal and Liverpool, so is England U-21 star Connor Wickham.
The Ipswich Town striker is on the verge of a move to either the Reds or the Gunners, but Ipswich boss Paul Jewell believes it is all just talk.
20. Edin Dzeko
32 of 51
Manchester City's most recent front man purchase, Edin Dzeko, has proved to be less than impressive since his arrival. He was expected to be the ideal partner for Carlos Tevez, but he now could be subject to a move to Real Madrid.
19. David N'Gog
33 of 51
Liverpool forward David N'Gog seems high at 19 on the list but his potential for a successful career is still high. Also for what is expected to be a low price tag he also could become a highly sought after transfer target.
He originally seemed set for a move to Sunderland as part of the Jordan Henderson deal, however, it appears that still is remaining to be decided, and interest from Stoke City, and West Bromwich Albion also have been circulation in the press.
18. Jermain Defoe
34 of 51
The arrival of Rafael Van Der Vaart to White Heart Lane seemed to spell the end of the reign of parts of Spurs front line in the 2010-11 EPL season. After a great season in 2009-10 where he scored 24 goals in 40 appearances for Harry Redknapp, Defoe only managed nine goals in 30 games this past season, and only four of them in the league.
It looks as though he could be on the way out and possibly be making the switch to Arsenal as another player that will be recorded as a traitor in the history of the North London Derby.
Manager Redknapp denies the rumors, but it is well known he was not happy with Defoe's low production this year.
17. Alberto Aquilani
35 of 51
Rome-born Alberto Aquilani is in the midst of limbo that could even make Robbie Keane shudder.
The Italian midfielder was brought to Liverpool expected to be a savior in replacement of Xabi Alonso, however, despite his excellent performances the second half of Liverpool's 2009-10 campaign he ended up loaned out to Juventus at the beginning of last season by Roy Hogdson.
"El Principo," perhaps still could be a key player for the Reds if given the chance under Kenny Dalglish, but it seems he will more than likely be sold. Juventus refuse to pay his asking price, and AC Milan are hot and cold on the issue of his transfer, and now it also appears Napoli could be in the running as well.
I think a return to Liverpool could be his best option as well as the Reds best option as it would give them another world class midfielder and leave more transfer money for the addition of wide players.
16. Nicklas Bendtner
36 of 51
Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner looks to be seeking a way out of the Emirates as he continues to search for constant regular first team action.
He has scored 58 goals and collected 31 assists in 196 games for the Gunners which is an extremely respectable amount for someone that isn't always guaranteed a starting role.
He has been mentioned in the interests of Borussia Dortmund, Sporting Lisbon, and Besiktas, but I also believe a Premier League side like Bolton, Stoke, or Newcastle United could also make a move for the player.
15. Cesc Fabregas
37 of 51
Oh for the love of it, really, I know I have to mention the Cesc Fabregas saga and his ongoing love affair with Barcelona because one day it might happen.
But seriously, Cesc, you aren't taking the place of Xavi hernandez, Andres Iniesta or Sergio Busquets, its just not happening despite Iniesta saying their is room for you.
14. Jerome Boateng
38 of 51
Manchester City and German International Jerome Boateng has reportedly agreed personal terms with Bayern Munich after only having spent at year with the Eastlands club. However, the Citizens are refusing to ratify the deal and it could take more effort from the Bundesliga outfit to get their man out of England,
13. Charlie Adam
39 of 51
Charlie Adam has been a hot transfer target for multiple clubs since January and the bidding war for him continues to wage on this summer.
Liverpool were the first club to be highly interested in the Scottish international, and his stock has now risen to attract the interest of Manchester United, Tottenham, and now also Aston Villa.
12. Daniel Sturridge
40 of 51
Owen Coyle has hailed the performance of his on loan Striker Daniel Sturridge for his performances during his time at Bolton Wanderers from Chelsea. The young English attacker looks to be a future star and has Coyle hoping to bring him back to the Reebok this season as well.
Newcastle United are also linked with a loan bid for the player as the Tyneside club continues to slash wages and cut costs in hopes to completely reinvent the club and its first team.
11. Chris Samba
41 of 51
Blackburn Rovers defender Chris Samba is hotly linked with a move to Arsenal to bolster Arsene Wenger's back line.
Rovers believe that he will remain at the club but it is still highly likely that they will cash in on their player as they look to add attacking talent in hopes of avoiding another relegation battle this coming season.
10. Dimitar Berbatov
42 of 51
Bulgarian and Manchester United Striker Dimitar Berbatov could be subject of a shock exit from Old Trafford.
Despite being the Premier League's Golden Boot winner for scoring 20 league goals this past season, he seems to be on the outs as Javier Hernandez looks set to take his place in the first eleven.
128 appearances have seen him net 48 goals for the Red Devils but he no looks about to depart with rumors of Tottenham requiring him in a player plus cash deal for Spurs star Luka Modric.
9. Clint Dempsey
43 of 51
Fulham's Clint Dempsey is the highest scoring American player in the history of the English Premier League.
He had a huge part in keeping Fulham alive all season as he scored 12 goals leading the London club this season and he could very well be on his way out after another managerial change, and the quest for Champions League action during what will most likely be the prime years of his career as he turned 28 this past march.
Liverpool were heavily linked with a move for him in January but it did not materialize. A move to the American owned club could be a great boost for him, and for Liverpool's name in the States.
Paris Saint Germain and AC Milan also look to be in hot pursuit of Deuce as he is set for possibly one of the biggest transfer periods of his career.
8. Emmanuel Adebayor
44 of 51
Former Gunners hit man turned Manchester City outcast Emmanuel Adebayor has a potentially busy summer ahead of him. After being a mainstay threat for Arsene Wenger his shock move to Manchester City turned out to be not as he planned.
Failure to break into the first eleven consistently during his second season for the Citizens led to him being loaned out to Real Madrid in January where he netted eight goals in 22 appearances for the Blancos under Jose Mourinho.
He looks set to make a permanent move to the Bernabeau but he is also linked with a move to Blackburn Rovers.
7. Leighton Baines
45 of 51
Everton defender Leighton Baines has been a highly tracked prospect throughout the Premier League with multiple clubs looking to tie up the services of arguably the second best English Left back only outdone by Chelsea's Ashley Cole.
Bayern Munich and Liverpool are both chasing the Left back, but I do not see David Moyes allowing his prize defensive possession to leave anytime soon.
6. Scott Dann
46 of 51
With Phil Jones having already inked a deal with Manchester United, Birmingham City's Scott Dann is now perhaps the second most sought after center defender in England.
5. Stewart Downing
47 of 51
Aston Villa's second winger, Stewart Downing, is just as highly sought after as his counterpart Ashley Young. The former Middlesbrough academy graduate had another great EPL season with the Villains but he now is on the lookout for a bigger challenge.
He has been the subject of Liverpool attention for months, and also is drawing interest from Arsenal.
4. Gary Cahill
48 of 51
Bolton defender Gary Cahill is the highest rated defender on the radar in England his transfer window. He has emerged as a stalwart at the back fro Bolton and the Englishman is in high demand.
Owen Coyle has stated that he believes his key defender will indeed leave the club and that has teams even more ready to splash the cash for the star.
Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool are all pursuing him.
3. Ashley Young
49 of 51
Ashley Young is ready for Champions League action as he is looking for a move to a big club after another great season at Aston Villa.
Liverpool have been linked with him, but it appears he is Manchester United bound or bust. The England star has continued to raise his stock as he scored in England's most recent friendly match in preparation for their continued UEFA 2012 European Championships qualification.
2. Samir Nasri
50 of 51
Arsene Wenger is pleading for Samir Nasri to remain at Arsenal but another year of no trophy's might just have made keeping him more difficult.
With Manchester City picking up silverware for the first time in their new owners period they have emerged along with Manchester United as possible destinations for the young Frenchman.
1. Luka Modric
51 of 51
Spurs midfield maestro Luka Modric has emerged as perhaps the most highly anticipated move based in England so far. The Croatian International was one of the best midfield operators int he EPL this season and with that comes the possibility of a big money move.
Manchester United are believed to be offering Dimitar Berbatov and cash to Spurs for the services of the 25-year-old, while Chelsea owner Roman Abrahmovic looks set to buy him outright from his fellow London based club.
Throughout it all Spurs and Harry Redknapp have stated that Modric is not for sale at any price, but what we have always seen in football is that everyone has their price.
