FC Barcelona: Camp Nou Awaits for Udinese Sensation Alexis Sanchez

FC Barcelona are currently on top to sign long-term Manchester City target and highly rated Chilean left winger Alexis Sanchez from Italian Serie A club Udinese. 

According to a report, Barcelona are most likely to offer cash plus players in a bid to lure Udinese to part with their prized asset. Udinese finished fourth in their campaign this season and would take place in the Champions League qualifiers when the season begins. 

Barcelona are prepared to offer €30m to Udinese and could use Bojan and Jeffren as part of the deal. 

FC Barcelona have announced a budget of  45 million Euros on transfers plus the use of any proceeds that comes from sales of different players and the intent of buying Alexis Sanchez could as well end any chances of luring Cesc Fabregas to Barcelona, for which Arsenal would demand at least 45 million pounds. 

In other news, however, it is said that Manchester United are more likely to snap up Alexis Sanchez as he'd be assured of more playing time at Old Trafford and Alex Ferguson could use that as a tactic to prompt the 22-year-old to make a move. 

Sanchez's agent Fernando Felicevich has met bosses at the Spanish giants to discuss personal terms but no deal is in place yet and both Manchester City and Manchester United are in with a fighting chance.
