College Football Week 9 Complete Picks and Predictions

Well I am back for my third week in the last month and trying to predict the winners and scores for college football. It is hard to believe it but Week Nine is already upon us and the margin for error grows smaller each and every week. I have had good success trying to predict games and upsets in the past so hopefully I can keep rolling on.
