Here’s a look at the unheralded fantasy baseball players who played well yesterday.

Houston at Toronto
Yunel Escobar went 1-for-4 with two runs, a home run, and two RBI. Jose Molina went 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI. Brett Wallace went 2-for-4 with an RBI to raise his average to .310. Chris Johnson went 2-for-3 with three RBI.

Los Angeles Dodgers at Chicago White Sox
A.J. Pierzynski went 3-for-5 with two runs. Brent Lillibridge went 2-for-3 with two runs, a home run, and two RBI. Gordon Beckham went 2-for-3 with a run. Juan Castro went 2-for-4. Mark Buehrle gave up two runs in seven innings to improve to 4-3 with a 3.92 ERA.

St. Louis at Kansas City
Jake Westbrook gave up four hits in eight scoreless innings to improve to 4-3. Allen Craig went 2-for-4.

Washington at Baltimore
Brandon Snyder and Ian Desmond each went 2-for-4 with a run. Jeremy Guthrie gave up two unearned runs on five hits over seven innings to improve to 2-6 with a 3.45 ERA.

Cincinnati at Cleveland
Josh Tomlin gave up one run on three hits over seven innings to improve to 6-1 with a 2.41 ERA. Homer Bailey gave up two runs on four hits over seven innings, but took the loss.

Tampa Bay at Florida
Logan Morrison went 1-for-4 with two RBI. Omar Infante went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. Johnny Damon drove in a pair of runs (28). Javier Vazquez gave up three hits with seven strikeout over seven innings to pick up the win.

Colorado at Milwaukee
Shaun Marcum gave up one run on four hits with eight strikeouts in eight innings to improve to 6-1 with a 2.37 ERA. Chris Narveson gave up two runs on five hits with five strikeouts in 6.2 innings, but took the loss.

New York Mets at New York Yankees
Russell Martin went 1-for-3 with a home run (8) and two RBI (24). Daniel Murphy went 2-for-4 with a run.

Texas at Philadelphia
Cliff Lee tormented his old teammates for eight scoreless innings, striking out 10 in the process. Placido Polanco went 2-for-4 to raise his average to .337. Colby Lewis gave up two runs with six strikeouts in 6.2 innings but took the loss.

Detroit at Pittsburgh
Ryan Doumit went 2-for-4 to raise his average to .294. Ronny Cedeno went 2-for-4 as well. Kevin Correia gave up two runs in 6.2 innings to improve to 6-4 with a 3.84 ERA.

Oakland at San Francisco
Tim Lincecum fired a three-hit shutout. Freddy Sanchez and Aubrey Huff each went 2-for-4.

Chicago Cubs at Boston
Darwin Barney went 2-for-4 with a run to raise his average to .323. Reed Johnson went 1-for-4 with a run and two RBI.

Seattle at San Diego
Michael Pineda gave up two hits with nine strikeouts in seven innings, as he improved to 6-2 with a 2.16 ERA. Brendan Ryan went 1-for-2 with two runs.  Mike Wilson went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Minnesota at Arizona
Kelly Johnson went 1-for-5 with a grand slam. Juan Miranda went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Gerardo Parra went 3-for-3 with a run and an RBI. Danny Valencia went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI (24).

Atlanta at Los Angeles Angels
Martin Prado went 2-for-4 with a run. Eric Hinske went 2-for-6. Freddie Freeman went 2-for-5 with a run. Alex Gonzalez went 2-for-6 with two runs. Joe Mather went 4-for-6 with a home run and four RBI.
