Sharks Need More Than Just Their "A" Game...They Need Their A+ Game

Let's give credit where credit is due.  The Vancouver Canucks have not made it this far for no reason.  Sure they were the best team in the NHL, but the playoffs are a different season.  You MUST step you game up each game, each round.  After a bumpy road in Round 1, the Canucks have stepped up their game and it's showed.

With that said, in Round 3, the Sharks have yet to really show up, as stated by themselves.  Tonight's Game 3, all the Sharks players have reiterated the need to bring their A game. Well, great that's a fine and dandy, but there's just one problem:

THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Yes, the Sharks haven't really shown up in this round, and in the second half of the second round they let Detroit walk, skate, jump, hit and roll all over them, but the Sharks found a way to come out with the series victory.  

For the Sharks to get back in the series, they MUST bring, not their A game, but their A+ game, not once, twice or three times, but EVERY SHIFT, EVERY SHOT, EVERY PERIOD, EVERY GAME from here on out! 

What do I mean by A+ game?  I mean: stay focused, play their game, stay sharp mentally, keep composure, work hard on the boards, CLEAR THE PUCK more effectively and for the love of the hockey gods—STAY OUT OF THE PENALTY BOX!!

In summary, the A+ game for the Sharks is, "SHUT UP and PLAY HOCKEY." 

Canucks fans are already talking sweep. They only way to prevent that is to protect home ice.
