I have to say it doesn't feel as if it was too long ago I was writing up the Extreme Rules results. Then again, I double banked that with the next week, so it wasn't. This week's Raw saw the go-home confrontation between Miz and Cena. On SmackDown, Christian and Orton's feud...Oh, and the PPV happened, which promised major shakeups at the top of the table.
