2011 NFL Draft Results: Breaking Down Tennessee Titans' Selection of Jake Locker
Name: Jake Locker
Position: Quarterback
College: Washington
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 231
40 Time: 4.59
Pros: Locker has a cannon arm. He is able to make any throw that an NFL team would ask him to make. Locker is able to extend plays and make throws outside of the pocket. The biggest pro of Locker's game is his off the field intangibles. Locker is the first player in the facilities and the last one out. This work ethic could give Locker the boost needed to become an elite NFL quarterback.
Cons: A lot of scouts have noted Locker's lack of accuracy. His 54 percent completion percentage is the lowest of the top quarterbacks in the draft. He has been working on his accuracy problems and only threw two incomplete passes at his pro day, which was the least of the quarterbacks in the draft.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Blaize Pennington's Opinion: Jake Locker is a very good pick for the Tennessee Titans. Had Blaine Gabbert not been there at eighth overall, I would not have liked the pick. However, since Gabbert was there it tells me the Titans valued Jake Locker over the Missouri product.
With the help of offensive coordinator Chris Palmer, who is known for developing quarterbacks, Locker may be the best quarterback to come out of this draft. Locker was Palmer's guy, and for a guy who was one of the top quarterback coaches in the game, that says a lot about Locker.
Other Draft Pick Breakdowns:
1. Jake Locker, QB, Washington
2. Akeem Ayers, OLB, UCLA
3. Jurrell Casey, DT, USC
