Here’s a look at the unheralded fantasy baseball players who played well yesterday.

Toronto at New York Yankees

Rajai Davis went 1-for-3 with a run and three stolen bases (six on the season). David Cooper went 2-for-3. Ivan Nova gave up two runs with five strikeouts in 6.1 innings for the win.

Detroit at Cleveland

Orlando Cabrera went 2-for-3 with two runs and an RBI to raise his average to .294. Michael Brantley went 2-for-3 with a run, an RBI, and a stolen base to raise his average to .309. Matt LaPorta went 2-for-3 with three RBI (15). Will Rhymes went 2-for-5 with a run. Don Kelly went 2-for-5 with two runs and an RBI. Austin went 2-for-3 with a run and a stolen base. Justin Masterson gave up two earned runs with seven strikeouts. Phil Coke gave up two runs on four hits in six innings. Neither starter factored into the decision.

Seattle at Boston

Tim Wakefield gave up one run on three hits in 5.2 innings, but got a no-decision.

San Francisco at Washington

Ivan Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with a run and two RBI. Alex Cora went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Mike Fontenot went 2-for-4 with a run. Jordan Zimmermann gave up two runs in six innings for the win.

St. Louis at Atlanta

Alex Gonzalez went 1-for-4 with two runs, a home run and two RBI.

Los Angeles Angels at Tampa Bay

Mark Trumbo went 2-for-4. Matt Joyce went 3-for-3 with a run, an RBI and a stolen base to raise his average to .346. John Jason went 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Milwaukee at Houston

Jason Bourgeois went 2-for-4 with a run and a stolen base (8). Bud Norris gave up three hits with 11 strikeouts in 7.2 scoreless innings to improve to 2-1 with a 3.03 ERA.

Minnesota at Kansas City

Mitch Maier went 2-for-3 with three runs and an RBI. Mike Aviles went 3-for-5 with two runs, a home run (5), four RBI (21), and a stolen base (6). Matt Treanor went 2-for-3 with two runs. Alexi Casilla went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI.

Baltimore at Chicago White Sox

Luke Scott went 2-for-4 with a home run (5) and two RBI. Felix Pie went 2-for-4 with a run. Gordon Beckham went 2-for-3 with two runs. Zach Britton gave up one run on five hits in six innings to improve to 5-1 with a 2.63 ERA.

Pittsburgh at Colorado

Xavier Paul went 2-for-4 with a run, two RBI and a stolen base. Garrett Jones went 2-for-4 with three RBI. Lyle Overbay went 2-for-5 with a run. Ronny Cedeno went 1-for-2 with two runs. Dexter Fowler went 2-for-4 with a run and two RBI. Todd Helton went 2-for-5 with an RBI to raise his average to .307. Seth Smith went 1-for-4 with two runs.

Florida at Cincinnati

Greg Dobbs went 3-for-3 with three runs and a homer. John Buck went 3-for-4 with two runs, a homer and two RBI (14). Emilio Bonifacio went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI. Paul Janish went 2-for-4 with a run to raise his average to .299.

San Diego at Los Angeles Dodgers

Chase Headley went 1-for-4 with two RBI and a stolen base. Cameron Maybin went 1-for-2 with two runs and an RBI. Brad Hawpe went 2-for-4 with a run and two RBI. Dustin Moseley gave up three hits with six strikeouts in seven scoreless innings to improve to 1-3 with a 1.63 ERA. Jon Garland gave up three runs on three hits with eight strikeouts in six innings, but took the loss.

Chicago Cubs at Arizona

Ryan Roberts went 2-for-3 with two runs, a home run (6) and an RBI (16). He’s hitting .328. Darwin Barney went 2-for-4 to raise his average to .333. Marlon Byrd went 2-for-4 with a run to raise his average to .295. Daniel Hudson gave up three runs with five strikeouts in seven innings for the win.

Texas at Oakland

Coco Crisp went 2-for-5 with a run and an RBI to raise his average to .292. Conor Jackson went 2-for-3 with a run and two RBI to raise his average to .298. Kurt Suzuki went 2-for-4 with a run and two RBI. Andy LaRoche went 2-for-3 with a run. David Murphy went 2-for-3.

New York Mets at Philadelphia

Ronny Paulino went 5-for-7 with an RBI. Brian Schneider went 2-for-4. Chris Young gave up two runs with seven strikeouts in seven scoreless innings, but got a no-decision .
