TNA Fans Confused, Look To Mr. TNA For Help
In 2001 there was only one game in town. One place to work. And one place to watch... the WWE. Everything else was minor leagues. That was until the formation of NWA T.N.A. Wrestling the following year. It was a brand new organization built on the dime of founder Jeff Jarrett. It was an organization that was maintained by AJ Styles.
Most people doubted that this small pipe dream would be anything more than that as long as the company was only doing weekly pay-per-views. But most people didn't account for the hard working AJ Styles.
From its inception there hasn't been another athlete, Double J included, who has put so much into the company. And even though he's a three time NWA Champ, you wouldn't know it as he's constantly pushed to the back burner...until now.
The wrestling community is in disaray trying to understand all the moves that TNA is currently making. While TNA continues to bring in today's top stars, they are doing it at the expense of their own home grown talent.
They've crowned Sting champ, but fans who attend house shows don't even see his face. It is time for a revolution in TNA. It's time for them to Unleash AJ Styles.
If TNA is looking for someone to carry them in their fight against the WWE, they should look to the man who brought them to the dance. Yeah, Styles lacks the mic skills and charisma of a Mick Foley or Christian Cage but no one can touch his in-ring ability. To be cliche, it's Phenomenal.
He's a multi-time champ (for every belt there is) and he's the face of the organization. But with each new wrestler that comes aboard, he gets pushed further down into the card. You would think coming off his battles with Angle he'd be propelled to the top, yet he was forced to job to Booker at the company's biggest PPV.
So look for a reversal of fortune. TNA must use this us vs. the veterans to their advantage. After Joe settles the score with Nash, it's ideal that he team up with Styles to defeat the veterans at next year's BFG PPV. And from there you would have the two battle it out for supremacy of TNA. It's a quick fix to get TNA headed in the right direction.
And it's the best way to show loyalty to the one who's been loyal the most: Mr. TNA. AJ Styles.
