The Next WWE Films Star

After mediocre displays at the box office (Condemned) the WWE Films has decided that it will be better served going straight to DVD. So far they already have a number of films set to either hit the big screen or begin shooting including 12 Rounds (Cena), Behind Enemy Lines III (Mr. Kennedy), Suckerpunch (Big Show), and Journey of Death (Triple H).

But when these movies are wrapped up, who will they turned to carry the show? They have a whole barrel of talent, it just depends on who they reach in and pull out.

Rey Mysterio

He's the most likely to be the next Superstar who's called on. It's been reported that he was offered a deal to return to Mexico where he'd not only be a star in the ring, but would also receive a three picture deal.

Some are saying that one of his conditions to re-signing were to be considered for a future WWE Films role. My only question is would he remained masked (which could be pretty awkward here unlike in Mexico) or would he reveal his baby face?

Santino Marella

How could you not picture him in a Dumb and like film? Does he hold the star power that Triple H or Cena share? Absolutely not. But you cannot overlook his pure charisma. If they play too his goofy Italian-American accent, it could strike gold in DVD sales.

Trish Stratus

Loved by both men and women alike, Trish would be the perfect pitch for WWE Films' first female leading lady flick. Throw her in an action/romance and you'd have fans and non-fans alike fighting over the last copy on the shelf.

Chris Jericho

One of the few people on the current roster that could go toe-to-toe with anyone verbally, Y2J is my dark horse for a potential blockbuster film. Best suited for the cocky villain, as he's playing right now, I firmly believe that Jericho could hold his own with any B-List actor at the worst.

Hornswoggle

Tell me who else is right for the lead in Leprechaun 5? He's more evil looking than cute and he already has the green suit.
