The Life of a Wrestling Fan

As a wrestling fan you hear many things, wrestling is fake, it's not real, how can you watch that? Its so stupid, it's a soap opera, I've heard them all, and I am tired of it. So now you get my side, the wrestling fan's side of it.

As a wrestling fan you have to be strong and just throw out those stupid comments you get, and let them just go over you, I love wrestling, so what! Who reading this article does not.

I bet the moment you clicked on this article you were hoping to see something involving wrestling, right? And why, because you are interested in wrestling. I have been accused myself of not knowing as much as I say I do.

And yes I understand, that I have not been alive a long as half the people on Bleacher Report have, to see those great matches with some Hall of Fame men. But I watch anyway, you don't have to know everything about the sport of wrestling to watch it.

I guarantee you didn't know all the rules in football when you watched it the first time did you? You watched and watched, and maybe played until you understood the rules and what goes on that sport right?

Same with wrestling, it is a sport, scripted or not, and although it may seem like a soap opera at times, it is still ok to watch it, so what you like soap operas, people can get over it, its entertainment.

It is your choice not everyone elses. If you love something you shouldn't have to bow down to the elders od sports to watch it, or even write about it. Say it load, say it proud, you love wrestling!

I may be the best example, I get into fights on here, because I think I am right and everyone else thinks they are, and that is cool, but that will not end my passion for the sport I love, wrestling.

You may say I don't know what I am talking about because I am too young to know about everything in wrestling. To those people I say shut-up, I may not know everything, but I know a lot.

Being a fan of wrestling all my life has made me appreciate other people's opinions for it, and although I disagree, frequently, I don't put them down just because I know more than them, I say I appreciate and respect their opinion, even though I disagree.

I say being a fan, of a sport is tough enough, and especially wrestling, because being a sport in which everything just about is scripted, people think it is not a good thing to watch.

I think you are idiots, and the people who don't like wrestling, because they watched it, are ok, but those people say they just don't care for it, and they don't out the port down or people who watch it.

Usually the people who put others down for watching it, are the ones who never saw a wrestling match in their lives, and that is unacceptable to me. Say you don't like it, say you think its dumb, but watch it first before you comment on it.

That is the life of a wrestling fan in my eyes, how is it in yours?
