Reggie Bush may be "arrogant" but really, can you blame him?

Being a true Saints fan I stayed up and watched the game all the way until the end, even the some of the postgame interviews.

What I heard disappointed me but at the same time I was thinking that Reggie was right.

I don't have the exact quote but he said something along the lines of "I don't know what more I could have done to help this team win."

And today of course the hot topic was the game from last night. I heard several people today say how arrogant he is for saying something like that.

I say that he has every right to say something like that especially after the performance he had last night.

Ok he did not have the best game running the ball but he single handedly kept the Saints even close to the Vikings late in the third quarter.

When he return his first punt 71 yards for a score it brought the Saints within 3 and then the Vikings decided to kick to him again (not sure why)

He would have had his second return for a touchdown in the game but tripped at about the 50 yard line.

After Grammatica tied it at 20-20 Bush (again why give him another chance) got another attempt to return a punt. He took it right up the middle going 64 yards for another score and the 27-20 lead.

But, after a touchdown on a blown route, a missed Field Goal, a 42 yard pass interference call, and a 30 yard field goal the Saints walk out of the dome with a loss.

Thats what happens when you have 4 turnovers and 11 penalties in the game.

So Reggie, say what you want to say, you earned it last night and made key plays when they most needed to be made.

To the rest of the Saints, cut the turnovers and you will be fine.

And on a side note: A certain official (who wears a shirt that is too small) needs to be fined at least. He miss called a replay that was a fumble (the way he explained it made it seem that even if you touch the ball you have possesion).

And even worse is his crew missed a blatant face-mask penalty on the Bush fumble, Maybe he shouldn't get blamed here but his crew should for sure.
