TNA News: Dixie Carter's Twitter Page Reinstated
As reported earlier this week, Twitter suspended the account of TNA President Dixie Carter.
For those of you unfamiliar with the story, you can check it out here.
Since the suspension, a phony Twitter account was created that had even "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan fooled.
The phony Dixie asked "The Hulkster" to tweet about one of TNA's tour dates. Hogan ultimately did as he was asked, which is kind of funny considering the orders came from a faux-Dixie.
According to wrestinginc.com, several Twitter users reported Carter's account as being in violation of their "Verified Account" badge policy, which spawned Twitter to react and suspend @TNADixie.
Sadly, TNA has been under fire with fans and media alike since the Jeff Hardy incident, which prompted Carter to stop tweeting.
As most fans know, Dixie was a serial tweeter, known for her dramatic tweets. However, she has not tweeted anything since March 2.
There is no doubt it was due to fans sending hate tweets her way.
I am sure Dixie will tweet again; however, it will probably be after TNA decides what to do with Jeff Hardy. One can only imagine how much or little she will be involved depending on TNA's decision.
Hopefully, she has learned her lesson and this will be the last bit of controversy that will come from TNA's camp for awhile.
