Who Will Occupy the Rest of the NL Playoff Spots
There is a little less than two weeks left in the regular season for the MLB. The Cubs have clinched the NL Central with there win yesterday. So the NL East, West and Wild Card are still up for grabs.
Everyone knows that the Phillies and Mets will go back and forth with who will win the NL East since the Marlins have no chance. But also, the Wild Card is still up for the taking.
The Brewers had a four game lead over the Phillies in the Wild Card going into last week. They came into Philadelphia and got swept losing they're spot alone on top. They then fired manager Ned Yost.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
The Astros did'nt help they're selves either. They got no-hit and one hit by the Cubs on consecutive days. So i think that the Astros are out.
The Brewers are now a game behind the Mets in the Wild Card and the Mets are a half game behind the Phillies in the NL East. I think that the Brewers are out of the run also since Ben Sheets is day to day and CC Sabathia got his 2nd straight loss yesterday.
In my opinion the Race for Wild Card will be won by either the Phillies or the Mets; with the other winning the NL East. Now for the Final Spot in the playoffs in the NL.
The NL West has been tight all year but now the Dodgers are starting to pull away from the D'Backs. With Orlando (O-Dog) Hudson out for another month in a half I don't think the D'Backs have enough to make it in to the playoffs without him.
On the other hand, the Dodgers are on a role. Acquiring Manny Ramirez from the Red Sox was a great deal. He has been a huge part of their offense pushing them for 2nd in the division, up past the D'Backs. I think they will hold on to win the division.
In my book the NL playoff picture looks like this: NL East- Philadelphia Phillies NL Central- Chicago Cubs NL West- Los Angeles Dodgers NL Wild Card- New York Mets.
