Randy Moss: The Hall Of Famer Isn't Against Staying With Titans
Things may not have gone exactly according to plan with the surprise Randy Moss acquisition by the Tennessee Titans, but that hasn't stopped Moss from saying he wouldn't mind staying here in Tennessee, according to the Associated Press.
He also went on to praise how great the fans are and how much he likes the city of Nashville.
The production hasn't been there, as Moss has only managed five receptions for 62 yards since coming to the Titans back in November.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Head coach Jeff Fisher has made it clear that he would make the move all over again if he could and that Moss has been a great addition to this team.
He may have the reputation of being a team nuisance, but he's been playing his role on the team in more ways than you can measure in the box score.
The coaches have praised Moss for being somewhat of a mentor to the younger wide receivers on the team like Damian Williams and even Kenny Britt.
Moss has also done a great job blocking on the outside for Chris Johnson whenever his number has been called. For that Moss deserves a ton of credit.
When it comes down to it, the lack of production doesn't have much to do with Moss himself. He's not even receiving any targets.
It has to do with the fact that all of the sudden the Titans are pretty comfortable at the wide receiver position.
Britt is a future star of the NFL, and there's no way any wide receiver is going to come in and take his place. This organization has made some extremely smart draft moves over the years, and Britt was certainly one of them.
Then you still have Nate Washington and Justin Gage. You also can't forget how much tight ends Bo Scaife and Jared Cook are used in the passing game.
Take all of those options into consideration, plus the fact that the Titans are a run-heavy team in the first place, and that pretty much leaves Moss no chance at putting up the numbers we're use to seeing from him.
At the very most, Moss is the fourth option at receiver for the Titans. We can't hold his lack of production against him.
Now the question that arises is should the Titans consider re-signing him?
That relies on a number of different questions being answered.
The Titans would certainly have to cut ties with a current wide receiver.
The first person that comes to mind for me is Justin Gage. He hasn't shown me much of anything for the past two seasons and Moss would benefit greatly from Gage's absence.
Nate Washington hasn't looked too great at times either, but he still fits really well into the system.
If Moss ends up coming back to Tennessee next season, he will have a great opportunity to end his career on a positive note, even if the numbers drop.
This may indicate that Moss has turned over a new leaf and is ready to take on the role of the classy veteran instead of what we know him for in the past.
