Here are my Week 11 team defense rankings.

1. Baltimore @ Carolina
2. Kansas City vs. Arizona
3. New Orleans vs. Seattle
4. Tennessee vs. Washington
5. Miami vs. Chicago
6. Pittsburgh vs. Oakland
7. Green Bay @ Minnesota
8. Chicago @ Miami
9. Atlanta @ St. Louis
10. Dallas vs. Detroit
11. Tampa Bay @ San Francisco
12. San Francisco vs. Tampa Bay
13. San Diego vs. Denver
14. Jacksonville vs. Cleveland
15. Detroit @ Dallas

Inside the numbers:

  • We’ll see if my No. 1 jinx continues. The Ravens should manhandle the Panthers, but my top teams (Giants, Patriots, Dallas, Baltimore) have struggled in the past four weeks.
  • Arizona has been more competitive in recent weeks, but have a tough draw against the Chiefs on the road.
  • Washington is in complete disarray. Look for Tennessee to capitalize. The Titans could lead all teams in sacks this week.
  • Green Bay typically struggles a bit in the Metrodome, but the Vikings are in the tank. Clay Matthews should spend a lot of time looking down at Brett Favre this week.
  • Because of their matchups, the Eagles, Giants, Colts, Jets and Patriots aren’t strong plays this week.

Here’s my Week 11 IDP rankings.

1. Jerod Mayo (NE) vs. IND:  Simply a beast. 78 tackles in his past six games.
2. Chad Greenway (MIN) vs. GB:  Mr. Consistency has had between 8-12 tackles every game.
3. Paul Posluszny (BUF) @ CIN:  40 tackles in past three games, 78 on the year.
4. Stephen Tulloch (TEN) vs. WASH:  74 tackles in his past seven games.
5. London Fletcher (WAS) @ TENN:  39 tackles in past four games. CJ will keep him busy.
6. Lawrence Timmons (PIT) vs. Oakland:  Raiders rushing attack and use of TE will make him active.
7. James Anderson (CAR) vs. BAL:  Averaging 9.3 tackles per game with 2.5 sacks and a pick.
8. D.J. Williams (DEN) @ SD:  Should bounce back from benching. 74 tackles and 3.5 sacks on the year.
9. Derrick Johnson (KC) vs. ARI:  12 tackles last week, 77 on the season.
10. Ray Lewis (BAL) @ CAR:  Long week to rest and get ready for the Panthers.
11. Patrick Willis (SF) vs. TB:  31 tackles in past three games, 78 on the year.
12. LaRon Landry (WAS) @ TEN:  46 tackles in past five games, 85 on the year.
