Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
New York outgained the Packers, 360-237, but the Jets turned the ball over three times.
Quarterback Mark Sanchez did not look sharp Sunday, throwing two inceptions. However, he did throw for 256 yards, but only completed an embarrassing 42 percent of his passes.
After the game, right tackle Damien Woody spoke with the media, "Our personnel and our coaching staff is too good for us to be shut out at home."
The Jets were not only shut out at home, but they were the first team this season to be shut out.
Packers' safety Nick Collins, who had five tackles, shared his thoughts also, "Everybody thinks the Jets are the team to win the Super Bowl. We wanted to come in here and match their intensity and show them that we can play with anybody."
Well, with New York's loss, some people should be questioning this team's ability to score consistently.
The Jets now fall to 5-2, while the rival New England Patriots improve to 6-1.
Not only do the Patriots take control of the division, but they snagged away the best record in the NFL.
