Who's Next? 10 Guys To Challenge For Daniel Bryan's Beloved Title!
I recently write an article with a similar heading to this about Dolph Ziggler and it received good feedback so I decided to do won on a couple of titles in the wrestling world.
So here is part two of the article series.
To view the Dolph Ziggler one click on the below link!
This is my 50th article here on Bleacher Report so lets get started.
Alex Reilly
1 of 11
Out of all 10 men on the list, this is one that could cause Bryan sevre problems considering Reilly's mentor The Miz is a well known rival of Bryan's
Alex Reilly and Daniel Bryan have never had a proper one-on-one match and I think it may suprise a few people.
Reilly is good in the ring and he showed this on NXT Season 2`as he could sell injuries excellently as well as showing great agression and strength.
This should go well against Daniel Bryan's brilliant offensive technical skills.
Chris Jericho
2 of 11
When ever Chris Jericho returns from touring with his band Fozzy I doubt he will automatically jump back up to the main event scene.
Chris Jericho has held almost every WWE title applicable to him and male Wrestlers.
One title he has not ever held is the United States Championship. He never held in the WCW either.
Jericho is definitely a future Hall of Fame inductee and current Hall of Fammers like Bret Hart, Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan have all held the historical championship.
Considering that both Jericho and Bryan are top submission genuis' so it has all the props to be a magnificent match.
Bryan and Jericho faced off on NXT in the past and Jericho snatched a victory but considering how much Bryan has grown since then it would be exciting to see who WWE would pitch as a winner.
Mark Henry
3 of 11
Mark Henry has only won two WWE Championships despite his loyality to the promotion for well over twelve years.
Both Championships Henry won are currently defucnt, the European Championship and the ECW Championship.
In my knowledge Henry and Bryan have never squared off.
WWE may consider making Henry a future number one contender considering his popularity amongst the WWE Universe.
Sheamus
4 of 11
This could be an amazing feud.
Sheamus and Bryan squared off on RAW as you know A couple of weeks ago and Sheamus just about got the win after a brilliant attempt by Bryan.
Sheamus is not in top form after failing to recapture his World Title and last week on RAW he lost to Santino Marella.
Santino Marella?
Bryan needs a feud and Sheamus needs momentum!
WWE will most likely allow Sheamus to rob Bryan's after another encounter on the RAW brand.
CM Punk
5 of 11
Before CM Punk received a major injury we witnessed an intense show down between two of WWE's current great wrestlers.
When CM Punk decides to return I think it would be amazing to see a Bryan heel turn by having him continuously attack a beaten down Punk.
This would make for a great feud and even better matches.
When I seen Punk walk down to the commentary table during the Ziggler - Bryan match it was amazing excitment I felt.
Basically what I am saying is these two feuding would be epic.
Dolph Ziggler
6 of 11
With all the rumours about WWE unifing all title is this slide not a bit obvious!
William Regal
7 of 11
When was the last time William Regal done something constructive on RAW or well any WWE Show in the past two and half years?
A feud and or even a match for Regal and Bryan would be great.
William Regal and Shawn Michaels are the reason Bryan Danielson is the amazing athlete he is today as the are the legends that trained the legend-to-be.
This match could happen during the King of the Ring tornument that Regal has won in the past (2008) as he defeated former World Heavywieght Champion CM Punk in the final.
John Morrison
8 of 11
The man who needs a character change should face the Champion and give us one epic showdown.
When seen a teaser of this at Hell in a Cell when Morrison starred in a triple treat match along with Bryan and The Miz.
Morrison has been pretty stale for a while now and I will admit to that no matter how much I adore the Shaman of Sexy.
The days of Morrison beating the likes of Jack Swagger, CM Punk and The Miz are well and truely over for the forseeable future anyway.
I would love to see JoMo return to his heel days it would be the change he needs and deserves in order to receive a push.
Even steps towards the United States Champion (that he has held in the past) would be considered a push in my eyes.
Ted DiBiase
9 of 11
The Million Dollar son has been a bitter disappointment no doubt about it.
Compare Ted Sr and Jr and you will definitely see that Ted Jr has been nothing compared to his father despite how bad WWE are trying to make him like his father.
Ted and Maryse is an exciting prospect and you have no idea how much I am enjoying this current feud with Goldust because it is good to see the man get some decent TV and PPV time.
There is so many storyline opportunities circled around "The Million Dollar Couple" all their money and their title but yet WWE have failed to utilized the couple.
I would love to see these two men in a feud considering if WWE use Ted correctly this could be a very good (creative) as well as Bryan representing incredible in-ring skills.
Vladimir Kozlov
10 of 11
Survivor Series 2008?
Main event?
Edge and Triple and ?
Vladimir Kozlov was the third equation in that match quite suprisingly considering he is now one half of RAW's comedy couple.
Vladimir Kozlov and Santino Marella are the joke of Monday Night RAW and probably the century.
Vlad played the perfect heel with an unforgettable gimmick and now look at him?
It is a disgrace!
Vlad and Bryan would be a good testing match-up and a pleseant change sceneary.
