Behind the Scenes With a NASCAR WAG: Jordan Fish

This week we stay in Joe Gibbs Racing’s garage to learn about Jordan Fish. 

Jordan is longtime girlfriend of current points leader and driver of the No. 11 FedEx car, Denny Hamlin.

Before Denny

Fish danced for the Lady Cats, the dancers for the Charlotte Bobcats basketball team in 2007-‘08 and 2009-’10.  Her younger sister also dances on the team.

Jordan was born and raised in South Carolina and attended college at both York Technical College in Rock Hill, S.C. and the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C.

Life With Denny

There are rumors floating around the Internet that Denny and Jordan are engaged. 

However, it has not been confirmed by the couple and it its believed that the rumors started from Jordan’s tweets about her sister’s wedding.

Jordan met Denny in 2008 and they started dating soon after.  She travels with him to multiple races a year and can be seen in Victory Lane and on the pit box during races.

Sisters and Twitter

Jordan has two sisters. 

Her older sister recently got married and Jordan kept fans involved by tweeting about the planning and the wedding itself. 

Her younger sister is still on the Bobcats team for the third season in a row.

Jordan is a major tweeter.  Fans can follow her and Denny’s lives on the popular website.

While Jordan isn’t yet one of the wives on the NASCAR scene, it is only a matter of time before Hamlin pops the question.

Expect Fish to be cheering on her boyfriend for the rest of the Chase and standing beside him if he wins the Cup.
