Big news for tonight is that Adamunia is injured, which is probably the only time I´ve cheered aftering hearing that one of our players was injured. Now I´m just crossing my fingers that Fabianski hurts his finger in warm-up, or maybe just his pinky toe. Something that won´t keep him out forever, like... I dunno... death, but something that will keep him out for long enough for Woljech to show us what he can do.

LadyArse raves about the guy, Brentford fans seems to think he´s the dog´s bollox. I am a bit less fanatic, having never seen him play, and seen Michael Carrick look impressive on youtube, I am wise the powers of video editing technology.

I think Chesney is probably the best we´ve got. But that´s because his name is not Almunia or Fabianski not because I think he´s the next Iker or De Gea.

I wish we had De Gea but today in Marca he said it´s more likely that Torres returns to Atleti than he leaves. That is until Manchesturd United realize that Edwin can´t play until he´s 85 and splash the cash on the lad.

What else? Well Diaby is out, Wilshire probably back in, and then Rosicky might replace Eboue for tonights game. I would welcome both changes. I´ve been a big fan of Diaby in recent years, but I´m an even bigger fan of the Jack Attack, and I just think that whenever he plays, we´re a much better team for it. So ya... Turn him loose.

Wenger talks about how we were physically excellent against West Brom but just a bit defensively and tactically naive. We´ve gotta do the defensive stuff first basically.

That´s fair enough, I think in order to be consistently consistent you´ve gotta be keeping a reasonable amount of clean sheets, or at least defending first and then seeing if you can score goals afterwards. The "I´ll score one more than you" is a lost art of deadness.

I wonder if that comment might be somewhat directed at Alex Song. I´m not the first person to say it this year, but that guy has been plowing forward all season long, and he needs to just remember what kind of player he is, he´s a shield, not a box to box energizer bunny. He also is about as technical as Clubber Lang. So he should just take it down a notch and stop getting ahead of the play. I think he was poor against West Brom and shielded our defense very little if at all.

So maybe Wenger is singing that song at THE Song in this instance... No???
