Oakland Raiders: Using a Model of Shared Responsibility In the Talent Pool

Sometimes a leader will "tweak" the model to get better results. The recent decision to let Bruce Gradkowski start against the Arizona Cardinals is a wise one, in my opinion.

It gives the Raider Nation something to look forward to. A little spark at the beginning of the game could start a "fire" that burns strong throughout the entire four quarters.

You don't know what will work unless you try something new.

Jason Campbell is still a good quarterback with a lot of potential. He is new to the Oakland Raiders and giving him more time to get the rhythm and flow of things makes good sense.

Jason Campbell and Bruce Gradkowski are different. It does not mean that one is less than the other.

In fact, since some folks know that there is a probability of an injury to players.

Everyone is pleased that there is more than one choice to meet the needs of the situation in a game.

"Team" is a powerful word. We must always remember that if the team wins then everyone on that team who contributed in a grand way or in an infinitesimal way is valued and valuable because they are a part of the team.

There is a saying: The sum is greater than the parts. Working together and tweaking the model to optimize and guarantee more effectiveness is very important.

Some of us salute the Oakland Raiders for exhibiting good team behavior and choices that tweak the system and gave us a victory over the Rams.

Now, attention must be given to the variables that must be "tweaked" to keep the Oakland Raiders moving in the right direction.
