NFL Week 2 Predictions: Who is for Real and Who is a Fluke?
Blaize's 2010 Pick Record—(9-7)
Last week was a really bad week from me. Washington, Seattle, and Kansas City's upsets really hurt me. I did, however, predict Houston winning. Here is this weeks picks and to throw more in, I'm going to add lines and pick those as well just to see how I did.
Kansas City Chiefs at Cleveland Browns
The Chiefs played great last week and beat the division favorite, San Diego Chargers. Somehow, Vegas decided the 0-1 Browns were a favorite over the Chiefs. I just can't pick the Browns to win. (Line pick: Chiefs +3)

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Buffalo Bills at Green Bay Packers
The Packers were just barely able to get the job done last week, but this week they face a much easier opponent. The Packers will be without their running back Ryan Grant, who is done for the year and this could really affect their passing game. However, I don't think the Packers have any trouble putting away the Bills. (Line pick: Packers -13)
Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals
Carson Palmer has been less than good against the Ravens in the past two years throwing one touchdown and three interceptions. The Bengals looked terrible last week against the Patriots and the Ravens looked great against the Jets. (Line Pick: Ravens -3) ![]()
Pittsburgh Steelers at Tennessee Titans
The Titans have the best point differential in the league right now although it was against the Oakland Raiders. Pittsburgh couldn't score a touchdown against the Falcons until overtime. If Roethlisberger was in this game, it may be different, but the Titans should have this one. (Line Pick: Titans -6)
Philadephia Eagles at Detroit Lions
Michael Vick looked great last week, and I expect nothing less this week against the questionable lions. The Lions' hearts were broken as Calvin Johnson's touchdown reception was called back. Without Matt Stafford, the Lions don't stand a chance. (Line Pick: Eagles -6.5)
Chicago Bears at Dallas Cowboys
The Bears scraped away from the Lions and the Cowboys were beat by a pretty good Redskins team. The Cowboys are a favorite by seven points and I think they can cover it. (Line Pick: Cowboys -7)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers
This will be an interesting game as the Buccaneers surprised most of us with their play last week. This week they go to Carolina. The Panthers are not great, but I think they'll get the job done, but it will be a field goal game. (Line Pick Buccaneers +3)
Arizona Cardinals at Atlanta Falcons
The Cardinals are struggling without a star quarterback like they had last year. However, their defense is just as good as it was last year. The Falcons may win this game, but not by more than a touchdown. (Line Pick: Cardinals +6.5)
Miami Dolphins at Minnesota Vikings
The Dolphins did not look very good against the Bills last week. The Vikings looked alright in a game against the current Champions. The Vikings at home will redeem themselves from last week improve to 1-1. (Line Pick: Vikings -5.5)
St. Louis Rams at Oakland Raiders
This is one of those games where two teams who don't have high playoff hopes battle it out. It should be a close game and maybe Jason Campbell can get his first win as a Raider. I think its more likely Sam Bradford steals the day. (Line Pick: Rams +3)
Seattle Seahawks at Denver Broncos
After last week it is really hard to see where the Seahawks sit. Are the 49ers that bad or are the Seahawks that good. I think the Seahawks are actually that good and will win again this week. (Line Pick: +3.5)
Houston Texans at Washington Redskins
The Texans finally brought down the Colts last week adding to the hype of this being their first playoff year. The Redskins beat the Cowboys last week and will try and keep the ball rolling. Once again this is my upset of the week as I pick the Redskins to surprise the Texans. (Line Pick: Redskins +3)
Jacksonville Jaguars at San Diego Chargers
The Chargers return home after a heartbreaking loss to the Chiefs. The Chargers were taken by surprise, but the Jaguars will not have the same luck when they travel to San Diego. (Line Pick: Chargers -7)
New England Patriots at New York Jets
The Jets had a heartbreaking loss to the Ravens last week and will have to face another great team in the Patriots. The Patriots tore apart the Bengals, but I don't see them having the same luck this week against this strong Jets D. (Line Pick: Jets +3)
New York Giants at Indianapolis Colts
The Manning Bowl takes place once again. The Colts are 0-1 and the Giants are 1-0. This should be a good game, but I see the Giants shocking Indianapolis as they go 0-2 . (Line Pick: Giants +5)
New Orleans Saints at San Francisco 49ers
I would say this Monday night matchup would be pointless, but I said that last week for the Chargers vs. Chiefs. I've still got to pick the Saints to win this game. (Line Pick: Saints -6)
