My "Star of the Game"

Derek Stepan- Hands down Stepan deserves to be "Star of the Game". He came into the game wanting to win, and led the Rangers prospects to a huge 7-2 victory over the Stars prospects. Is this a preview of what's to come from him at the Rangers training camp? Hopefully!

In other news:

As you all probably know by now, Marc Staal has resigned with the Rangers for five years worth $3.975million. The contract does not hold a no-movemant or trade clause, making Marc Staal subject to trade at anytime.

Great job by Glen Sather, to say the least, now the only question is, what's next?

While I cannot guarantee a trade or move to be made, I can tell you that there is an extremely good chance that Glen Sather makes a deal very soon.

NOTE: Unless a move is made by the Rangers after three o'clock, do not expect the news to be broken by me initially. I will try my best, though.
