NFL 2010 Week 2 Picks: Brett Favre Improves, Sam Bradford Wins
Week 1 had its share of surprises, as they always do, but half the league now is undefeated, and the other half is trying to figure out what went wrong.
This is a new week and a chance for redemption for all the Week 1 losers.
Beware what you saw in Week 1. There has been many a team that stumbled out of the gate, only to go charging to a great finish.
On the other hand, sometimes what you see is what you get.
But enough babbling.
Here's a look at how things could turn out in Week 2.
Buffalo At Green Bay
1 of 16
This is a no-brainer.
Green Bay just is too good of a team for Buffalo to match up well against right now.
The Bills are struggling to find an identity under new head coach Chan Gailey, so this should be an easy victory for the Packers.
Packers 31, Bills 10 (Touchdown in Garbage Time)
Baltimore At Cincinnati

While the Ravens looked pretty good Monday night, it may have been more of a byproduct of how bad the Jets looked.
The Bengals, however, got destroyed by the Patriots, but that wasn't really a surprise.
Expect a good, hard-fought contest with the Ravens coming out on top.
Baltimore 24, Bengals 21
Pittsburgh At Tennesee

While Pittsburgh came out of last week's game versus Atlanta with a win, it wasn't pretty and it wasn't anything Steelers fans should get excited about.
The Titans dominated Oakland last week, but that was Oakland.
However, the Titans have better offensive weapons than the Steelers at this point, but the Steelers defense still is one of the better defenses in the league.
Titans in a good game.
Titans 21, Steelers 14
Chicago At Dallas

The Bears won their Week 1 contest through one of the most controversial calls in recent memory, and the Cowboys lost because everyone remotely involved with the Dallas football organization seemed to stick their head in the sand Sunday night.
The Bears still aren't that good a team and Dallas won't make mistakes like they did against Washington anytime soon.
Dallas 28, Chicago 10
Philadelphia At Detroit

Michael Vick energized the Eagles as much as one person can do.
The Lions have lost Matthew Stafford, but they still have Jahvid Best and Ndamukong Suh.
Bottom line: The Eagles still are a better team, even if they end up not being as good as they were last year.
Eagles 24, Lions 18
Tampa Bay At Carolina
6 of 16
Tampa Bay got a great victory from Cleveland on Sunday while Carolina was beat up pretty good by the New York Giants.
Tampa had the good luck of being on the other end of a complete team meltdown while Carolina just was beaten by a better team.
Carolina is the better team this week.
Panthers 28, Bucs 21
Arizona At Atlanta

The Cardinals rode some good work by quarterback Derek Anderson to victory, even though he overthrew Larry Fitzgerald like it was a hobby of his.
The Falcons came out on the losing end of an overtime game to Pittsburgh.
Expect the Falcons to be much better and Derek Anderson to be much worse.
Falcons 31 Cardinals 21
Kansas City At Cleveland

The Chiefs made a really good showing against the Chargers Monday night, their defense holding solid against Philip Rivers.
The Browns offense went into "safe" mode in the second half while Jake Delhomme melted down and head coach Eric Mangini fumed.
The Chiefs also have former Browns head coach Romeo Crennel as their defensive coordinator, but too much has changed in Cleveland for that to be relevant.
Still, Browns offensive coordinator Brian Daboll has shown no talent for managing a game and tends to panic once the team falls behind.
Chiefs 20, Browns 9
Miami At Minnesota
9 of 16
Miami has playoff potential, but after a close game in Buffalo, it's hard to say just how good a team they're going to be.
Brett Favre will be more in-sync with his offense this week, and the Dolphins are not the New Orleans Saints.
Vikings 28, Dolphins 13
Seattle At Denver
10 of 16
The Broncos already are trying to put Tim Tebow into their games, and that will continue at home versus the Seahawks.
But Kyle Orton is the starting quarterback until further notice, and he'll lead the Broncos to victory over a Seahawks team that may take their victory over the 49ers a little too seriously.
Broncos 14, Seahawks 10
St. Louis At Oakland

The Oakland Raiders probably are a 6-10 team this year, but they're not ready for that first victory yet.
The Rams, however, are. Sam Bradford is going to take the Raiders by surprise this week and pull out his first NFL victory.
Rams 21, Oakland 20
Houston At Washington

There was nothing pretty about the Redskins' win Sunday night that came more from Dallas errors than anything else.
The Texans, on the other hand, dominated Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts.
You beat the Colts in a convincing fashion, you get the benefit of the doubt against the Redskins right now.
Texans 28, Redskins 20
Jacksonville At San Diego
13 of 16
Jacksonville got a good win out of Denver last week, but they're going up against what still is a very good San Diego team and what probably will be a very angry Philip Rivers.
San Diego 35, Jacksonville 14
New England At New York Jets
14 of 16
Mark Sanchez and the Jets are nowhere near being able to play Tom Brady and the Bill Belichick-led Patriots right now.
Patriots 42, Jets 10
New York Giants At Indianapolis
15 of 16
The Battle of the Mannings is going to be a good one.
The Giants are looking like a pretty good team this year and Eli Manning was solid last week.
The Peyton Manning-led Colts just don't have very many games like they did last week.
This one comes down to the wire in a battle of who has the ball last.
Colts 38, Giants 33
New Orleans at San Francisco

*Sigh*
This isn't going to be pretty.
Saints 35, 49ers 6
