Floyd Mayweather: Did Boxer Lose It Over His Ex Sleeping With NBA Star?
Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather,Jr. has had more action outside of the ring than he has in the ring in years.
According to a TMZ story from a few days ago, Mayweather, Jr. is suspected of domestic abuse and the mother of his child, Josie Harris, was granted a temporary restraining order that will keep Mayweather 100 yards away from her until October 10th.
TMZ also reported that Ms. Harris claimed that Mayweather struck her "multiple times in the head with his fist." Mayweather also allegedly threatened to kill her.
Though he seems to be in a good mood in this mug shot, the charges could lead to trouble for his boxing career.
Is Mayweather Losing It?

First there was the rant heard around the world.
Now this arrest for allegedly committing domestic violence.
Instead of the cynical rumors that Mayweather is just trying to avoid a fight against Pacquiao, maybe the fighter is having serious problems coping with his day-to-day pressures.
Kids Are Involved

Another disturbing detail in the story was reported by the AP. According to their sources, Mayweather's 10-year-old son told police that he witnessed his father hitting and kicking his mother, Josie Harris during the argument at Harris' home in southwest Las Vegas.
Mayweather was also charged with theft, due to the fact that she alleged that he stole her cellphone.
The Return Visit

According to the papers filed for her case, Josie Harris claims that she called the police because Mayweather wouldn't leave so they came and escorted him away.
But after the cops left Mayweather returned and that's when the attack occurred.
C.J. Watson

Now, as more details emerge from the story, it's being rumored that Mayweather was upset when he heard that Ms. Harris is dating former Golden State Warriors and current Chicago Bulls guard C. J. Watson.
The quote that is appearing all around the internet is that Floyd threatened to make both Josie Harris and C.J. Watson "disappear."
Ugh.
Fifty Cent?

Now as the story gets even more bizarre, rapper 50 Cent is chiming in with his, umm, two cents.
According to 50, via twitter, this is just "Another case of angry baby mama wanting money. Police are looking for [Mayweather]. I just got off the phone with him."
Gotta love Twitter.
More From Fifty

The rapper later tweeted more details on his feed: "I talked to him before and after the situation he wasnt even upset. He said he asked her why was the house was so dirty she started trippin."
No one likes a dirty house, I suppose.
Ironically, as BFF as 50 Cent and Mayweather seem to be, they also got into a scuffle a little while back.
And when he was asked who won, Fifty said that Mayweather was no longer undefeated.
How Will This Affect Manny Pacquiao?

The only way this affects a fight that still has to be negotiated is if Mayweather goes away on a prison bid for any length of time.
Though it is a possibility, chances are that his lawyers will do everything in their power to make sure Mayweather doesn't serve any significant time.
The Case That Might Affect The Fight
8 of 9
Ironically, it is a case against Mayweather's uncle and trainer Roger Mayweather, that might be what is actually holding up a fight with Pacquiao.
Roger Mayweather faces two felony battery counts stemming from an incident earlier this summer. He has been accused of choking a former female trainee.
That trial has been set for October 25th.
People close to Floyd, Jr. say he will not fight without his uncle in his corner.
The Fight That Might Never Happen

With Pacquiao holding office in his homeland and Mayweather, Jr. going through all of his drama it might take a minor miracle to get this fight on the books any time soon.
