Antonio Margarito Thinks He Can Beat Manny Pacquiao

Who is Antonio Margarito kidding when he said that he can beat Manny Pacquiao?

It's my belief that Pacquiao will eat that guy for lunch and then feast on Floyd Mayweather.

I think Mayweather is the main course meal while Margarito is the snack.

Margarito has a five-inch advantage in height over Pacquiao, but to the Pac-Man, size means nothing.

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's trainer, says his fighter will beat the crap out of Margarito.

Roach, who also trained Oscar De La Hoya, thinks Margarito is a softy and an easy target for a Pacquiao beatdown.

But at a pre-fight press conference to promote their November 13 fight, both boxers are smiling.  Why is that?

This upcoming fight ain't a happy fight.  Somebody will get beat up.

They should have serious looks on their faces because this isn't a charity fight.

Sure, Margarito has the size, but Pacquiao has the speed.

There's enough confidence in Margarito to stop Pacquiao's streak of defeating Mexican fighters.

Notable fighters like Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquez and Marco Antonio Barrera all lost to the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world.

Give me a break, Margarito.  I don't think you can beat Pacquiao.

After the Pac-Man hits you with the body shots, he'll bring you down to his size, which is 5-foot-6.  Then his haymakers and uppercuts should knock you out.

 If Margarito tells Boxing Scene.com that he can beat Pacquiao, then maybe he needs a drug test.
