Floyd Mayweather Is a Racist Loser Who Is Getting a Pass Because He's Black

Colin LinneweberSep 8, 2010

The National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) responded Monday to racist and homophobic comments spewed by "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather against Manny "Pac-Man" Pacquiao last week in a self-made Internet video.

Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs), whose father, Floyd Sr., is a convicted cocaine smuggler and trafficker, called Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KOs) a "whore" and he continued to insist the "Fighting Pride of the Philippines" is an abuser of performance enhancing drugs.

"As soon as we come off vacation, we're going to cook that little chump," said Mayweather, 33, the winner of nine world boxing championships in five different weight classes. "Once I stomp that midget, I'll take that motherfu@k@r make me some sushi roll and cook me some rice."

Mayweather, named Ring Magazine Fighter of the Year in 1998 and 2007, pressed forth with his nonsensical and vindictive remarks.

"We're going to cook that motherfu@k@r with some cats and dogs...Rice with a little bit of cat, rice with a little bit of barbecued dog."

When informed of Mayweather's disgusting video rant, the classy Pacquiao refused to delve into a public battle of words.

"It's an uneducated message," said Pacquiao, 31, a seven-division world champion who the Boxing Writers Association of America named the "Fighter of the Decade" for the years 2000-2009.

Greg Macabenta, the NaFFAA's national chairman, did not hold back his punches aimed for Mayweather.

"We are outraged by Mayweather's racially offensive remarks. This disgusting diatribe against Pacquiao is a racial slur against all Filipinos and Filipino Americans and an embarrassment not only to the boxing community, but to all Americans. Talking trash may be common between rivals, but Mayweather's racially laced profanities brazenly crossed the line of decency and respectability. Pacquiao, on the other hand, has taken the high road and acted like the gentleman that he is."

Mayweather is a coward who is obsessed with ensuring his unblemished mark remains intact.

"Pretty Boy," an extremely flimsy nickname in itself, initially refused to scrap Pacquiao because the Filipino icon would not agree to undergo Olympic-style drug testing in the weeks leading up to their proposed fight.

However, understanding the magnitude of the potential bout and the extraordinarily lucrative riches at stake, Pacquiao rightfully relented and said he would accept any testing methods needed to cement a fight with Mayweather.

"We agree with, you know, his demands, "said Pacquiao, referring specifically to the blood testing measures requested by Mayweather. "I wanted to know if that's the real reason for not fighting."

Pacquiao's famed trainer, Freddie Roach, chimed in with his sentiments.

"Whatever he (Mayweather) wanted to do, we were accepting it. Whatever he wanted," said Roach, 50, a native of Dedham who was awarded the "Trainer of the Year" by the Boxing Writers Association of America a record four-times. "Manny said, 'I want the fight.' I'll agree to anything.' I thought the fight was a shoo-in."

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a defensive wizard and expert prizefighter who could absolutely trump Pacquiao on any given day.

Pathetically, Mayweather doesn't believe in himself enough to prove it.

If Mayweather ultimately retires undefeated without fighting Pacquiao, it's a fraud, and his accomplishments will be forever tainted.

Mayweather is simply a spineless and racist charlatan who is a disgrace to the sport that has made him millions.

Actually, as he eloquently labeled Pacquiao, Mayweather's just a "yellow chump."

Perhaps one day "Pretty Boy" will gain the testicular fortitude to fight Pacquiao in the ring like a man instead of with words on the Internet.

Unfortunately, Mayweather is a feeble excuse for a man.

Hence, Manny Pacquiao will never be afforded the opportunity to bludgeon the bigoted loser known as Floyd Mayweather.
