New Orleans Saints-Minnesota Vikings: The Only Way To Start the 2010 Season
Last year the Saints and Vikings were caught in the middle of a battle for home-field advantage throughout the entire regular season.
Both teams had great starts, but the Vikings faltered a little earlier than the Saints and in the end lost home-field for the playoffs which was the ultimate downfall for Brett Favre and the Vikings last year.
The NFC Championship game was played in New Orleans in front of an electric crowd that did everything possible to get to the nerves of the Minnesota players. Along with the noise, everyone knows that Brett Favre was beat up all night. In the end of the game the Vikings lost by three in overtime. The game that really sparked the OT rule change.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
This year starts where last year left off for Brett Favre, in the Superdome, in front of a hostile crowd that would love to watch Brett Favre have another dinner full of turf.
Brett Favre, however, would like to get started on a winning note this season, the season he was reluctant to come back for due to a nagging ankle injury that was only made worse last year during the NFC Championship. Favre has had surgery and an injection of a lubricant into the ankle this offseason.
Favre made his decision to come back after three teammates went down and told him how bad the team needed him. He may not have made this decision had he known at the time that Sidney Rice would not be joining him until at least week seven due to having hip surgery.
His second receiver, Percy Harvin, has had troubles with migraines that may have him sidelined at any point during the season. Yet, fans are hopeful that with a strong defense, Adrian Peterson, and Visanthe Shiancoe this could be a good year that gets off on the right foot tomorrow night in New Orleans.
The start of the NFL season brings a smile to many fans faces and this game shouldn't disappoint anyone, aside from fans of the losing team that get to watch their team start out with a "1" in the "Losses" column.
