Starks also reported that Philadelphia’s GM Ruben Amaro Jr. hinted that a deal could be made by Saturday.  A move would be in line with the fact that the team sent Kyle Kendrick to the minor leagues on Tuesday, leaving them with no 5th starter for Saturday.   He also points out that:
