The Mystery of LenDale White's Release in Seattle May Never Get Solved
In what has to be one of the most surprising moves this offseason in the NFL, the Seattle Seahawks released running back LenDale White just over a month after trading for him.
What?!
This is the craziest thing I think I have heard all offseason and quite possibly in offseasons of the past decade.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Why does a team decide to drop down a few spots in the later draft rounds, to acquire two veteran players from the Titans, only to cut one of them a month later?
Possibly due to the pending suspension that White will receive to open the 2010 regular season.
But that makes no sense, because look at the Jets, who willingly traded for receiver Santonio Holmes who had a pending suspension.
Was it a weight issue with White?
Not a chance, since it has been reported that he was around 225 pounds which is leaner than he has ever been during his NFL career and that made him faster too.
This is insane...what was it?
Maybe Head Coach Pete Carroll doesn't like many of his former players from USC.
Carroll did pass on Taylor Mays in the first round and Mays vocalized his displeasure with his former coach to the media, but Carroll did pick tight end Anthony McCoy in the sixth round.
Perhaps he only really liked a select few of his former players, but I just cannot wrap my brain around this cutting of White at all.
How about at OTAs—did White look good there?
It has been reported by some that White has looked good and by others saying he has not looked good during practices—so your guess is as good as mine.
White seemed more physically prepared than ever in his life to take this new opportunity with Seattle and become a featured running back in the NFL, as he was back in 2007 with the Titans running for over 1,100 yards.
This mystery may never get solved, but until then there will be a ton of debate about it across the Internet and especially here on Bleacher Report.
(Let the speculation and debate, as to why this happened, begin down below in the comments section!)
