QB Coincidence? Both Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson Still Locked in QB Battles
For the past two seasons with the Cleveland Browns both quarterbacks Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson have been in a non-stop quarterback competition that has seen both of them get more than enough chances to outplay the other.
Now, after parting ways and saying goodbye to the Browns, both of these two quarterbacks are still going to be competing for a starting job, but on separate teams.
There is a bit of coincidence and a dash of irony intertwined with both Quinn and Anderson landing with new teams, but still locked in battles for starting jobs.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
At least the Browns do not have to worry about that anymore, seeing as how they have had a never-ending quarterback battle for what seems like years now.
Quinn in Denver against Kyle Orton, and Anderson in Arizona against Matt Leinart.
The head coaches in Arizona and Denver have already given their existing quarterbacks a vote of confidence, but let's be honest in saying that Anderson and Quinn will give the starters a run for their money in training camp.
Quinn, who is a student of the game, works hard both in the film room and weight room, but his biggest knock is that he is not an accurate passer.
Broncos Head Coach Josh McDaniels looks at Quinn as a guy who he can win with and McDaniels has been after Quinn since last year.
Orton may be the starter now, but if he doesn't get into the playbook now, then he may have trouble keeping his job as the starter.
Leinart may also have a tough time competing with Anderson, who is a former Pro Bowler from 2007.
Despite his inconsistencies the past two seasons with the Browns, Anderson has a very strong arm and he will be able to heave the ball down field often with weapons at receiver like Larry Fitzgerald, Steve Breaston and Early Doucet.
Both quarterbacks just can't seem to catch a break and continue their trend of getting themselves into quarterback competitions.
Who will prevail?
We will have to wait until training camps start up in August to find out.
