The Experts at Arrowhead
Alright, lets see what we have here. Scotty (as I will affectionately refer to him) has a year under his belt. KC (King Carl) left a green persimmon taste in our mouth at the end, so we are skeptical and anxious at the sametime. Waiting to hire a coach, then hiring a green horn with no playing history was questionable, by week 8 of 2009 season it looked like a mistake. Drafting a defensive lineman (one that by all accounts was a late first round selection talent wise) looked like another mistake. Jury is still out on Ty Jackson, but it didn't help being from LSU, see Glen Dorsey. Good coaching may overcome our last two year first round picks. The 2010 draft has to be a slam dunk for everyone involved with the Chiefs organization. Not much sense analyzing player after player, position after position, all the mock drafter's are doing that. We all know we need offensive line help, a wide receiver that can catch the ball, a defensive tackle (nose-guard) line backer, a safety, and a tight end or full back would be nice.
Ok, but name me a team that does'nt need help in all these positions? Rebuilding in the NFL happens every year. Teams are either replacing their core players, or building a team with a solid core. The Chiefs got pretty bare, pretty quick. Scott Pioli and the gang need to address this quickly. Chiefs fans are used to good to great teams and we will not put up with several years of "rebuilding" or catch phrases like "making progress" or "staying the course" much longer. I personally don't have another 40 years to wait and see the Chiefs in another Super Bowl, do you?

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Scotty, I like what you have done in the free agent market as of this writing. I don't pretend to have anymore knowledge of football or people for that matter than you do. Let me give you some friendly advice about a few things here, and you can take it for what you gave for it! First of all, inform your head coach that he might want to tone down his act a little. Making a starting NFL caliber player ride the bench to prove a point is not only brainless this day and age, but it should also be a fire-able offense. Cursing at grown men at high volume (or anyone) most likely yields only negative responses. I can see a need for it in this game at times, but Haley has taken this to an extreme. With the new hires on Haleys' staff (Weis-Crennel-Thomas) I would hope Coach Haley understands that there are at least three head coaches in waiting on this staff, and that should give him all the motivation he needs. You have made statements like "we want smart, tough, good football players". All Kansas City Chiefs fans agree with you. Now it is time for you to get them, and have the coaches in place to make us a winner. Sounds fairly simple? Oh, and one last thing, we are not New England West. This is Chiefs Country, I am from Missouri, The "Show-Me-State" so now show me.
