This would not come as a surprise to many, but Cleveland Browns czar Mike Holmgren is looking to deal former first-round pick Brady Quinn.
After giving Derek Anderson his pink slip yesterday, and with the acquisition of former Seahawks backup Seneca Wallace, the Cleveland Browns are actively shopping Quinn around the league, according to numerous league sources.

As I have previously speculated, this news shows that indeed Quinn is not Holmgren's cup of tea and he wants to bring in “his guy(s)” at the quarterback position.
The difference between Quinn and Anderson is that the Browns will not be cutting him; he will be in a Browns uniform if they do not find a taker. He has a reasonable salary and has more value on the trade market than Anderson.
As Chris mentioned in an earlier post, Anderson has a pair of visits scheduled with NFC West teams—the Seattle Seahawks, then the Arizona Cardinals.
(Hopefully he does not sign in Seattle! Take him, Arizona!)
