How Do You Improve The Oakland Raiders Offense
Ok so i'm back at it again this time were on the offense side of the ball.. at one point the raiders were know has a power house when it came to the offense now it is nothing more than a laughing stock people making fun or our QB our coach since rich gannon the raiders haven't had one solid QB the best player we have gotten since those days would have to be zach miller but its time for things to change and i will show you how to improve the oakland raiders offense...

Offensive Line: at this point needs major upgrades staring with LT Henderson was great towards the end of the 07 season got his first year starting this year has was average at best his play needs to improve drasticly or move him on over to RT were he may be more effective...LG Gallery has gotten his career back with a switch to guard and in my opinon is defitnely a top 10 guard or better he is a little injury prone but when healthy is huge for the raiders...C this spot i think to get upgraded as well i like satlete but he is to small to play the position he gets handled by bigger stronger DT also chris morris isn't the answer either i would like this to get addressed in the draft..RG i like copper but he is getting up there in age its time to draft a replacement or shift over morris as well he played alittle guard this year that could be a project but i prefer RG being addressed in the draft continue copper until the draft pick can play...now to RT green has to go he is old and ineffecitve with constant penalties being called on him the choices are khalif barnes,move over henderson, or draft the one.. what i think is going to happen is henderson and barnes are going to battle for LT with the loser playing RT...
WRs: i like our reciever right now schilens murphy and bey i think can really develop to be a great set of wrs i think schilens is underrated as a deep threat he ran a 4.38 40 or something close to that so he is a burner murphy also a burner and bey well you already know but of the three schilens is the best before he got hurt you heard alot from the raiders camp regarding schilens.. murphy was a diamond in the rough that came out of nowhere and bey i'm not gonna sugarcoat was weak didn't show focus and dropped alot of passes for being the #7-8 pick i forgot which one he was the worst...but i see promise in atleast schilens and murphy and i have a feeling that bey will come around with solid QB play these recievers will have a big 2010 season...
TE: plain in simple zach miller our best offensive weapon he is a fairly decent blocker and a great asset in the passing game.. soon to be a pro bowler.. same as the wrs with solid qb play he could have an even better year in 2010 like i said our best offensive weapon...also his back up myers is also a good pass catcher we are set at TE
FB: to be honest i'm not a fan of o'neal or lawton i really want this position upgraded in the draft we need someone that can be a threat blocking catching and running and none of these guys fit that bill
RB: justin fargas was and is a fan favorite not really sure why they let him go but he was one of the hardest runners i've seen in a while... but we must get back to the raiders so with that said i'm excited to see who is going to start mcfadden or bush in all honesty i dont really think it matters.. they will be used as a 1-2 punch from here on out.. but if i had to pick i say mcfadden he hasn't produced like we thought he would so now is his time to shine and with the right help on the line i think this will be he bust out year and i know bush will get very good numbers as well...
finally QB:the show is really down to russell and bruce..let it be know that i think russel has all the talent in the world and with the right studying, practice,time in the weight room and conditioning, time devoted on and off the field,commitment to get and stay in shape and work on the fundamentals to become an elite QB which i think he could be if he worked hard enough.. i don't see that happening in one offseason that why i think bruce will be the starter he doesn't have the talent russel has but what he lacks he makes up for with mobility, and great leadership skills and good decison making with ice water in his veins... i truly hope russell proves me wrong and becomes the franchise QB we drafted him to be but i don't see that happening this season i hope i'm wrong though...another outside shot could be if we draft a QB in the later rounds and he wins the job but i doubt that too....prove me wrong Russell

this concludes my analyzing of the offense let me know what you think i'm right wrong or crazy and with some of these additions or changes i think the raiders will be better this upcoming season..
