Who Has Impressed In Free Agency so Far?
Well the free agency period has started. My Chicago bears went out and made a big splash. They targeted players that they thought would help them and got them. Julius Peppers is a dominant player. When your defensive lineman gets to the quarterback quicker, it makes the secondary look better than they are. He was the best pass rusher available. They bears are without 1st and 2nd round picks and if they were going to improve with veteran players, free agency was their ticket. Chester Taylor was just as big of a pickup. He will help rest and take the load off of Matt Forte. He is versatile, and can help in many ways. This should help the bears possibly focus on adding depth to the lines through the draft. The bears have done a good job.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Baltimore Ravens did need a Veteran Wide Receiver, and that got just that in Anquan Boldin. Many people thought they would go after T.O., but they went in another direction and greatly improved their team. Bolding will be a great addition to the team on and off the field. He is not as old as T.O. In the past, Owens has made everything about him and not the team. This move will make Joe Flacco very happy.
The Detroit Lions have been busy as well. The signing of Kyle Vanden Bosch will help their defensive line greatly. I live here in Nashville and have seen this guy play weekly. He has a motor that will not stop. One of the reasons that the Titans didn’t resign him was due to his age. However he will be a great mentor to those young defensive lineman who need to learn how to play the game at a high level. He will bring that and he is an excellent lock room guy.
These are the teams that have impressed so far in this young free agency period. I feel there are still some valuable guys out there that I wish the Titans could get their hands on, but time will tell.
