Golden State Warrior fans are one of the most passionate fans in any sport. Win or lose (mostly lose) they still keep packing the Oracle Arena for some reason. Since 1994, Chris Cohan took over as owner of the Warriors and have only one playoff appearance to show for it.
In 2007, the Warriors shocked the basketball world by slaying the No. 1 seeded Dallas Mavericks in six games. Warrior fans had a lot to do with it. The Oracle, nicknamed the "Roaracle," was unbelievably loud. It seemed like every score the crowd just exploded it was so loud in that arena.
Fast forward two years and the Warriors blow up the whole team, fail to sign key players, Gm's, etc...and we have your current Warrior team.
How did this blow up so fast you might ask? Two dudes: Chris Cohan and Robert Rowell. These two are so horrible at what they do (except for marketing). They are pretty bad to say the least but again the arena is always full so their doing their jobs right?
According to Stephen Jackson, Warriors front office do not care about Winning, only selling tickets. And you know what, "Jack" is right. But who can blame them as long as people keep packing the stands why change anything? "If it aint broke don't fix it, right?
So why are Warrior fans going to games? If you dont like the ownership stop going to the damn games people!
My message to Warrior fans: Stop going to the games! If you want new ownership boycott all games until Chris Cohan sells! If Cohan sees attendance is down, he will definitely sell to our possible savior LARRY ELLISON!
