On a Night unlike others this year The Toronto Maple Leafs dominated for all three periods and Halted the Ottawa Senators 11 game win streak with a 5 to 0 shutout! Phil kessel scores 2 goals and Luke Schen has his best game a Maple leaf!

With the Senators coming to town,the home side played hard for there General Manager Brian Burke. After learning about the tragic death of Brendan Burke, the Leafs put on a clinic and demonstrated that with a star goalie behind them,they can beat any team on any given night. If Jonas Gustavsson didn't have that late game collapse last night,the Leafs would be undefeated in the 3 games since the big trades! The crowd was Electric tonite, with a playoff atmosphere against the Hated Senators!

J.S Gigure the first goalie ever for the Leafs to start his career with back to back shutouts! Even the play of Luke Schen has elevated since Dion Phaneufs arrival. Hopefully the pressure is off Luke and he will continue his strong play of late! The Team speed has vastly improved since the trades as well as the strong play of rookie Christian Hanson.  Toronto's Power Play also has clicked in all three games for the New Look Leafs!

Tonite i was proud to be a Maple Leafs Fan! They rose to the occasion on this night! This one is for you Brian Burke!
