The Los Angeles Lakers have surely been in a celebratory mood since they defeated the Miami Heat to win the NBA championship, and TMZ Sports noted a number of players and their significant others went to Nobu in Malibu as part of the celebration.
LeBron James and his wife Savannah were there, as was Danny Green, Kyle Kuzma, Dwight Howard, Rajon Rondo, Markieff Morris, Jared Dudley and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

At this point, the Purple and Gold are celebrating as much as they can, even though the parade that typically accompanies a championship is on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As for the actual basketball, Los Angeles defeated the Heat in six games, with James taking home NBA Finals MVP.
Much of the series was close, with a memorable battle between LeBron and Jimmy Butler in the closing minutes of Game 5 serving as a highlight, but Game 6 was never in doubt as the Lakers built a 30-point lead in the first half of a 106-93 victory.
