WWE's Mandy Rose Traded to Monday Night Raw from SmackDown

The Miz and John Morrison are working extra hard to get the Money in the Bank briefcase away from Otis, this time taking away his precious peach. 

Miz announced on Friday's Talking Smack that Mandy Rose has been traded from SmackDown to Raw:

The timing of the trade is interesting, as Triple H said on a media call prior to NXT TakeOver: XXX that WWE will be holding a draft at some point this year, as transcribed by Wrestling Inc. 

Dave Meltzer of WrestlingObserver.com reported in August WWE was looking at two possible dates in October for the draft, but he added "it could be moved back to September."

There has been no indication of what, if anything, SmackDown will receive in return for sending Rose to the red brand. This assumes, of course, there's any validity to the trade. Miz and Morrison have been playing mind games with Otis for weeks as they try to steal his guaranteed title shot away. 

Otis defeated Morrison Friday night on SmackDown despite rampant interference from Miz. 

Miz thought he got his hands on the Money in the Bank contract, but the lunch box he grabbed was a diversion that contained an apple core. Otis kept the lunch box with the contract in the Money in the Bank briefcase this week.
