Pro Wrestling Roundtable: Top 25 of Both WWE and TNA Superstars

Everyone has their favorites. Everyone has their most hated. But with the new format and changes that are going on with both TNA and WWE, it's time for the fans to speak out in the best wrestling forum on the Internet. So with that said, here's what I have in mind.

Over the past couple of weeks, Ryan has been dishing out the best champions in the industry. It's a brilliant idea, but I think we can ante up the stakes another notch. So here's my idea. Every week, WWE.com dishes out their Power 25. TNA hasn't caught on to the idea, but it will come in due time.

But they pick the best out of the three brands. We don't. Does anyone else see a problem with this? We pay good money to watch them on TV, to see them live, to watch the pay-per-views. Shouldn't we have a say in who is the best every week as well?

So here's the plot. Starting after Friday Night SmackDown!, we will have an official Top 25 of both WWE and TNA Superstars. It will consist of champions, hungry contenders, Divas, Knockouts, and Tag Teams. The criteria are listed below.

1. World champions will be in the top five if they are in competition. Otherwise, they will be in the next 20.

2. Tag teams will receive a vote together unless they're in singles competition. If they are, they receive a single vote.

3. Divas and Knockouts are allowed to be in the Top 25. But if they are just cutting promos, they will not be in the Top 25.

4. The No. 1 contenders to prestigious titles will most likely be in matches leading up to their championship matches. Therefore, they will be in the Top 25.

5. The points system is based off of kind of match, rank of match (meaning where the match is on the card), whether it is for a title or #1 spot, victory or defeat, as well as strength of storyline and opponents.

One quick note: If a superstar appears and competes on more than one brand during that week, he gets points for that appearance as well.

This is still in the construction stages, but with the right people throwing down votes for it, it should pick up speed.
