Let's Rank 'Em!: The Top 25 NFL Tight Ends Entering Week Eight
I think the tight ends really need to get some love from NFL fans. There are some great ones out there and are huge keys to the NFL’s offenses. I’ve watched way too many NFL games and I’ve made a list earlier today of the top 25 NFL tight ends, based on their performances so far. It’s a pretty long list. How can you argue with Owen Daniels being number one? He’s a huge key to the Texans offense that also has arguably the number one quarterback and the number one wide receiver as well, and Owen Daniels still manages to put up great numbers. He’s already three yards away from reaching 500 and has scored five times. Only Zach Miller and Visanthe Shiancoe can say that they’ve scored that many times already. So now I’m just going to quit typing this stupid paragraph and give you my top 25 tight ends entering week eight.
1. Owen Daniels (Texans): 39 receptions, 497 yards, 5 touchdowns
