Kentucky Derby 2018 Odds: Latest Betting Lines and Predictions
With less than a week to go until the 2018 Kentucky Derby, the Bob Baffert-trained Justify is leading the way in the betting.
Despite the Apollo Curse—which has seen no Derby winners who didn't run a race as a two-year-old since 1882—the three-year-old is being well backed, and deservedly so.
The colt's latest race saw him prevail at the Santa Anita Derby in April, by three lengths to Bolt d'Oro, to make it three wins from three career starts.
Here are the latest odds for this year's Run for the Roses, per OddsShark:
Justify +300
Mendelssohn +400
Audible +650
Magnum Moon +800
Bolt d'Oro +900
Good Magic +1100
Vino Rosso +1600
Hofburg +1800
Noble Indy +2000
Solomini +2200
My Boy Jack +2500
Enticed +2500
Promises Fulfilled +3300
Free Drop Billy +3300
Flameaway +3300
Restoring Hope +4000

The legendary Baffert tasted success in the Derby as recently as 2015, when American Pharoah rode to victory before going on to break a 37-year Triple Crown duck.
Justify can get the first leg of the Triple Crown under his belt this year by prevailing at Churchill Downs on Saturday, and the recent trend of Kentucky Derby winners suggests he could be hard to beat.
In the last five editions of the Run for the Roses, the favourite has prevailed.
Justify has the pedigree and form to make it six in a row, but there are a number of high quality horses likely to push him all the way.

Third-favourite Audible should definitely be a challenger.
Trained by Todd Pletcher, who triumphed last year with Always Dreaming for his second Derby win, the colt has won in each of his last four starts.
That is some decent form to be taking into the biggest race of the year, and backers of Audible should be confident he will run a fine race in Kentucky.
A potential outsider who could upset the odds is My Boy Jack. Winner of the Lexington Stakes back on April 14, he will be ridden by Kent Desormeaux, who knows how to win in the Derby having triumphed in 1998, 2000 and 2008.
But Justify is the horse to beat and has all the attributes to cruise to victory on Saturday in the biggest race of them all.
Prediction: Justify to win 2018 Kentucky Derby
