Michael Vick Says He's More Explosive Than Lamar Jackson
While new Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is viewed by some as the second coming of Michael Vick, the former Pro Bowl signal-caller isn't quite ready to surrender his throne.
Vick was asked Friday by TMZ Sports about Jackson getting taken by the Ravens with the No. 32 overall pick in the 2018 draft on Thursday night.
While Vick said, "All records are made to be broken," with regard to Jackson potentially surpassing him as the most prolific rushing quarterback in NFL history, he insisted that he was a more explosive player than Jackson.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Vick is the NFL's all-time leader among quarterbacks with 6,109 rushing yards, and he also owns the single-season record with 1,039 rushing yards while with the Atlanta Falcons in 2006.
He remains the only signal-caller in NFL history to top 1,000 rushing yards in a single season.
During his three-year college career, Jackson rushed for 4,132 yards and 50 touchdowns. He was also highly productive through the air, passing for 9,043 career yards and 69 touchdowns. The former Louisville quarterback won the Heisman Trophy at the conclusion of the 2016 season.
Jackson will begin as a backup to Joe Flacco in Baltimore, and he may even be the third-string quarterback in 2018 due to the presence of Robert Griffin III.
RG3 also drew comparisons to Vick when he entered the NFL, and while he rushed for 815 yards as a rookie, knee injuries took their toll on him and he became a different player.
Even so, Griffin knows what it's like to be compared to Vick, which means he could be the ideal mentor for Jackson at the NFL level.
