WWE Rumors: Buying or Selling Buzz on The Undertaker, Bray Wyatt and More
WWE is sparing no expense when it comes to the hype and build for WrestleMania 34, with one of the more intriguing and exciting cards seen on the show for almost a decade.
Despite all the matches already locked in and put in place, though, it hasn't stopped the rumor mill moving into overdrive with speculation about who may or may not appear at the show.
The most intense speculation revolves around two or three stars in particular, both full- and part-time members of WWE's active roster.

Here's a look at whether fans should be buying or selling the buzz on their reported roles in the show.
Bray Wyatt
WWE fans haven't seen Bray Wyatt on TV since he was defeated at The Ultimate Deletion on March 19—but speculation has increased this week about a potential role for him at WrestleMania.
Randall Ortman at Cageside Seats reported this week there has been some speculation that a "new version" of Wyatt could show up and be Braun Strowman's mystery partner for the Raw Tag Team Championship at Mania.
"There’s some speculation that the new version of Bray Wyatt could be Braun’s mystery partner at WrestleMania 34. Joe, Lashley, and Big Cass right now are the 3 other updated possibilities. #Raw #WrestleMania34 pic.twitter.com/hkZ5Ci8UIT

Would that make sense? On one level, sure—given how it was Wyatt who introduced Strowman to TV through The Wyatt Family.
Realistically, though, these two guys feel like they are heading on completely different paths now. Wyatt surely still has work to finish with Matt Hardy before moving to a fresh feud, while Strowman shouldn't really be in the tag division for that long, if at all.
This is probably a rumor fans cannot read too much into. WWE will have something else lined up for Strowman's partner.
The Rock
Will The Great One be around for the biggest pay-per-view of the year? Probably.
The Rock has made a habit of showing up at Mania in recent years, most notably when he introduced the WWE world to Ronda Rousey for the first official time.
It could be possible he'd work his way into an angle in her first match as a WWE competitor this weekend, but a more realistic route on to the show comes via a report from Ortman at Cageside Seats.
He said the "latest speculation going around has The Rock appearing at WrestleMania 34 for a singing segment with Elias."
Does this make sense? Absolutely. Elias doesn't have any real concrete plans for Mania—although he could yet show up in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
So having The Rock help put Elias over with a musical segment would be a great way to help advance one of Raw's promising stars, as well as squeezing a legend on to the main card without too much disruption. This is a rumor well worth believing.
The Undertaker
Fans will be pretty confident that, whatever happens regarding a potential match with John Cena, The Undertaker will be at WrestleMania 34.
PWInsider (h/t Cageside Seats' Ortman) reported he'll be there in one capacity or another.
But what will he be doing?
Well, it would be strange for WWE to invest so much time and energy into a match against Cena without it actually happening after all.
Sure, it would have been beneficial for the company to have Taker show up and build some momentum for this bout, but with it likely to slot in the middle of a stacked lineup, it probably didn't need too much promotion.
It also adds an interesting element of mystique to the card. How, and where, will Taker show up? Will Cena resort to competing in another match before being interrupted by The Deadman?
The match with Cena will happen, no matter how WWE gets to it. Expect that at the least.
