
Houston Astros Struggle to Unveil 2017 World Series Banner in Home Opener
The Houston Astros encountered a bit of a hiccup as they unveiled the banner commemorating their 2017 World Series victory before Monday's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Team personnel struggled to remove the black curtain draped over the pennant, which led to chuckles among a number of Astros players. Eventually, the banner was on full display and drew a large cheer from the Minute Maid Park crowd, courtesy of ESPN's official Twitter account:

Astros fans had to wait more than five decades for the franchise to claim its first World Series championship, so a few extra minutes during Monday's pregame ceremony was nothing.
Houston has gotten its title defense off to a strong start already. The Astros picked up three wins in their four-game series with the Texas Rangers to open the 2018 season.
